I feel cheated but i was going to get my old ones refurbed later anyway and a few of you seem to think £230 isnt to bad for these.I will try for a bit more off tomorrow and see what happens..... anyone want some nearly almost quite mint wheels,offers over £230 :lol:

I think i will try for a bit more tomorrow and threaten with ebay dispute for incorrect description.If she calls my bluff i may get more back,if i lose i will just be £50 worse off.

There are few patches like that in varying sizes but in same locations on all 4 wheels and my old wheels have some peeling in same spots so i hope it is just normal water damage.

The C is in for respray over xmas and wanted mint solitudes to go on.The other option is to keep these and put them on and then get my ones properly refurbed.

100% mint and perfect are the same thing. £50 cashback is fair but id be tempted to tell her to shove em. I am tempted .But not sure if she will offer a refund and also pay all post costs,and is £230 all in a good price for good wheels and tyres? All be it not 100%

update.. i have pointed out this point to the seller and she has offerd £50 back but she still insists they are 100% mint and blames me for not asking any questions if i wanted them to be perfect. I AM NOW A BIT MAD

Bought bbs sollitude described as 100% mint new powdercoat back to original. paid £280 inc delivery at £35. Found lots of pitted areas front and back also small dent .Not 100% mint in my book. Tyres are are good michelin with 5 mm tread. So are they worth it?

think rear is the same 2 big 17mm bolts either side then it slides out.no bolt in the middle to worry about

Hi all. can anyone tell me if you can still buy the small plastic inserts that push into holes in the front wing's. you screw through them and into the splash/arch guards? mine all broke trying to remove them so i could treat rust b4 respray. :cry:

had same problem a while back,i found a tyre company who welded a nut on the end then removed it.just remenber to take spare bolts to replace after. good luck

mustard is not my fav colour but its nice to see paint going on insteed of rubbing it off(it's only filler/primer) :D . once the whole car is done the rubbing starts agaain with the wet flatting :roll:

thanks.i did remove the middle bolt yesterday to try,but put it back when bumper did not move :? .the 2 17mm bolt's looked like they where holding up the engine, so i was affraid to try them untill i asked on here.(good job to.)

found them thanks monkey.also managed to find one thread in a search but had to click on read through obout 20 to find it.. seems quicker to ask and more social.

can anybody advise me on how to remove my bumper ,i can't see any bolts to remove from under the car like i did on the rear..also how do the fogs and indicators come out(is it bolted behind them?) any help would make me :D

it is when i go fast but the fan is at lowspeed, it is ok if i go slow or the fan is up high..guessing fan bearing(if it has one) :oops:

my heater fan buzzes when i corner if it is on a low speed.Has anyone had this and found the cure?(apart from not going around corners :D )

getting car resprayed so wanted the hatch off for a better job. So does the handle pull out at front (by lock) and slide out on the pivot side?
