  1. Will be worth it in the end 8) I know, I really wanted to keep the Borbets aswell but I've already spent more this year than I had intended, but heyho  As far as I know its the original finish, I'm sure Karl will correct me if I'm wrong :)
  2. Cheers Struan, when you gonna get yours finished Yep, you just have to love them :)
  3. Not the best weather but couldn't resist a few pics of the new rims courtesy of KADVR6 :D Totally different ride with the 17's and low profile rubber, bit harsher but as its not a daily driver I can live with it :)
  4. Posted on ED38, White G60, stripped and dumped :( Found in Streatham, Reg K801 YHP http://www.edition38.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=117629
  5.  But surely its a wind up
  6. Size will depend on the length of your cat, measure from end of downpipe to start of main exhaust Edit: meant to say cat, not exhaust :)
  7. A huge thanks to Karl (KADVR6) for keeping the RC's till I got the Borbets sold and phoning me today to tell me the carrier was sitting outside my house 8) Top man :) Cheers Bill
  8. Usually some on Geman Ebay, getting the buggars to ship them is the problem :?
  9. Have you not considered AdamjVR6 one in the for sale section, not ice grey but it is grey and seems a pretty decent price for whats been done
  10. Joking aside :) Looks VERY tidy, nice find, does look good on those rims, dont jack it up to much 8) charger history??
  11. Are you friendly with the tester :norty:  If I thought I'd pass with the de-cat, then nough said!
  12. Yep, the de-cat is the obvious option but to me its just hassle to change it for MOT. Do you know of anyone running a highflow cat?
  13. I've got a Supersprint 6 branch and was wondering about fitting a Cat-Bypass pipe or a Miltek high flow cat, obviously the bypass is cheaper but then you have to change it come MOT time, anyone have the high flow cat or have had both to compare?
  14. Jammy barsteward  Superb car Struan, wouldn't mind owning one myself but I cant see the price of them dropping by much in the next couple of years, even the first RS4 Avants are 20k plus and thats for a high miler :( I remember when I picked up my Mk4 R32, zero miles and the first time I had actually driven one, I must have had the stupidest looking grin on my face travelling from Dundee back to St.Andrews, you no the look, kinda when your just about laughing out loud
  15. Its now on Autotrader for £7k, sorry no link
  16. Gruvenparts were talking about doing these badges in the Rad-Neck GB thread, page 8
  17. No, xbones is interested and wanted to know if they'd fit over the 312's On saying that I actually would like to keep them as they dont come up very often and these wheels are in perfect condition, RC's and Borbets, what a nice wheel option to have :D
  18. Have you received a reply? maybe double the fine for your cheek :) EDIT: Didn't pay attention, it wasn't your ticket  still funny though
  19. Just seen a bloke from work driving out of the car park in his brand new one of these  There's one driving around St.Andrews, the reg is A5 probably cost as much as the car if not more
