Hi All! I have a 93 vr6 with a sloppy gear box, lots of play when shifting. The actual function is fine, no problems in selecting the correct gear, just wanted to tighten up the feel! Is there anything I can do, or is it a job for the professionals? Thanks

Hi all, can anyone tell me where the crossover is situated for the door and dash speakers, as I am planning an upgrade and I wanted to remove the old units. Also can anyone reccomend a decent pair of rear speaker to replace the factory units 6x4 I think they are? Thanks

If your after budget BASS then IMO you cant beat a good active sub in a box. I managed to get a FLI 12" with its own 300W Amp for £50 on ebay. £30 for cables and the sound is very warm, powerful and on the odd occasion when I need boot space you can simply un plug and take the whole system out! Won be quite as good a quality Sub in a custon enclosure matched with a quality amp but you get what you pay for.

I had a full cat back Magnex system fitted on Thursday last week and I am very impressed with the results. A good quality stainless item that according to the fitter went in very easily and sounds amaizing! Not boy racer loud but a subtle yet throaty burble on my VR6. Oval pipe looks good too - Perfect! Cost including fitting and new hangers £340, lifetime warranty - what more can I say? Comes in sections and therefore does not require an axle drop. Gets my vote.

An Update as promised - I now have my 40mm drop on standard shocks and the stance is about perfect imo and the ride is great!! Im very pleased with the result, so much for bone shaking! New magnex is awesome also! :splat:

Herisites, Thanks again fo the offer but I have been offered a set of springs by the same garage that is fitting my new Magnex stainless cat back system for a steal as he got them in a couple of weeks ago for a customer who changed his mind!! Lucky for me!! So I wont need your kit...sorry.

Hi all, I am planning to lower my VR approx 40mm and I have no idea which springs to use. I just want to lower the car and therefore not intending to change the stock shocks. I am also planning to run 17" wheels on 225/45/17 rubber. Will this work ok? Suggestions welcome....
