  1. Hi Karl, The switch, the cowl around the switch, or the hazard triangle box?
  2. Hi Rich, THere is no mention of the chains and guides being done so I would assume that they haven't :( That said I don't have full history, just the last decade where the car has done less than 10k miles and been serviced annually. Collection only i'm afraid...sorry. N. ---------- Post added at 04:58 PM ---------- Previous post was at 04:57 PM ---------- Hi J, Sorry, I don't have these :(
  3. Hi there, Sorry, I don't think I got your PM. So, the long engine, it comes with the sump, rocker cover, cams, all timed up and ready to go in. Basically what you get is an engine to bolt your current electrics and ancillaries to. It doesn't come with any ancillaries (alternator, PAS pump, flywheel, sensors, etc) I hope that helps a little. ---------- Post added at 10:30 PM ---------- Previous post was at 10:26 PM ---------- Hi there, The long engine, it comes with the sump, rocker cover, cams, all timed up and ready to go in. Regarding offers, I have a couple of people interested at the moment and I think it is priced fairly. There are not too many around with lower miles these days. I hope that helps a little. Please let me know if you are interested. ---------- Post added at 10:30 PM ---------- Previous post was at 10:30 PM ---------- Hi there, Sorry, I need these, my "good" car appears to be missing these :(
  4. Erm, I might have. I know I have a pair of these, but I need to check if my "good" car has them or they are missing. I'll keep you posted...
  5. Lol, I have visions of the "destroyed" bonnet coming undone and making a bid for freedom on the M1!!
  6. Hi there, Yes, I have this, complete with the two screws, the plates behind the handle too. Yours for £10 posted if that helps? Thanks. ---------- Post added at 08:36 PM ---------- Previous post was at 08:35 PM ---------- Goot to meet you as well. Your car will be lovely after paint :) ---------- Post added at 08:37 PM ---------- Previous post was at 08:36 PM ---------- Nice one Rob. I have dropped you a PM regarding collection. Cheers.
  7. I'll drop you a PM with some payment details :) ---------- Post added at 10:31 PM ---------- Previous post was at 10:28 PM ---------- I have done some things in my time and I think that just about takes the biscuit, lol. Do you know if the early bonnet will clear my vr engine?
  8. Hi James, £13 posted in the UK if that helps? ---------- Post added at 08:38 PM ---------- Previous post was at 08:34 PM ---------- Lol, I had never thought of that one!! How bad is your bonnet? This one is straight, but the paint is totally flat so will need re-laquering at the least. Yours must have a few ripples? Not trying to be negative, just realistic. ---------- Post added at 08:39 PM ---------- Previous post was at 08:38 PM ---------- Erm, they are missing. That does appear to be typical corrado!! ---------- Post added at 08:42 PM ---------- Previous post was at 08:39 PM ---------- Hi there, Yes paypal is fine. Just so you know, one of the fixing tabs on the top of the headlight is broken. The lens and reflector are in great condition though. Let me know if that is ok. Thanks.
  9. I have indeed, fingers crossed it is with you now :) ---------- Post added at 11:09 PM ---------- Previous post was at 11:07 PM ---------- Hi Rob, No problems, will drop you a PM with payment info. Regarding the ABS light, what do you mean r.e the holding wire? Cheers, N. ---------- Post added at 11:11 PM ---------- Previous post was at 11:09 PM ---------- Ok, looking today, I am pretty sure the bonnet won't go in the car :( What are your thoughts on that one? Wings are obviously pretty easy!! ---------- Post added at 11:13 PM ---------- Previous post was at 11:11 PM ---------- Hi Rich, That doesn't include the injectors, though the fuel rail, FPR and injectors are still available,I believe I listed them at £20 if that helps? The only engine plastics I have are the front one, and the end one. The rear one was in about four pieces :(
  10. Erm, I have a fully working one on the car I am breaking at the moment if that helps? From memory, they are a pain to get out though :(
  11. Sorry, I was intending on using these as winter wheels for my "good" car, so not really. ---------- Post added at 09:24 AM ---------- Previous post was at 09:22 AM ---------- PM sent. I am really going to be struggling to get too far. I will be under the threat of death from the Mrs if I disappear off for too long over Christmas!!
  12. Hi there, I can get you some pictures later, though it's not the easiest thing to do in the dark. However, they are straight and without rust. PM me your e-mail address and I will send them over. Regarding price, I would be looking for £65 at junction 11 of the M4 if that helps? Thanks.
  13. Hi Alex, The rad support is looking in good condition from what I can see, which is a bit of a shock because as you say, they are normally ratty!! The pair would be £170 collected from Torbay or somewhere near to there if that works for you? Cheers. ---------- Post added at 10:53 PM ---------- Previous post was at 10:52 PM ---------- Hi Rob, I sent some admittedly poor pictures to the address you sent. Fingers crossed that helps. Cheers.
  14. Sorry, the interior was cream so unfortunately I don't have these. :( ---------- Post added at 02:45 PM ---------- Previous post was at 02:13 PM ---------- Hi there, Yep I drove the car a good few miles and the box is perfect. No leaks, crunches, and all the gears engage smoothly too. Regarding postage, that could be an issue, however, I will be in South Devon at Christmas so perhaps meeting up would work for you? I have the rad support, and as far as I know, the rad is genuine but I will inspect later this evening. The undertrays were missing unfortunately :(
  15. I'll drop you a PM later with address and we can work out a date :) ---------- Post added at 09:26 AM ---------- Previous post was at 09:25 AM ---------- Hi Rob, I will get a picture tonight. Can you PM me your e-mail address to send to please? Thanks, N. ---------- Post added at 09:27 AM ---------- Previous post was at 09:26 AM ---------- Hi Jon, Unfortunately these have sold. Sorry. N. ---------- Post added at 09:28 AM ---------- Previous post was at 09:27 AM ---------- PM sent :) ---------- Post added at 09:33 AM ---------- Previous post was at 09:28 AM ---------- A deposit would be good. One question before we start though, will a bonnet fit inside a corrado without wrecking the interior and or bonnet? I know they fit in a mk2, but they are a different size. ---------- Post added at 09:34 AM ---------- Previous post was at 09:33 AM ---------- Sorry, this sold a couple of posts ago. Typical :(
  16. Hi there, So, on full inspection, the paint is pretty good, there is however only the centre clip intact (the surround of the other visible clip is also intact) and there are two tiny holes on the top of the grill that are totally hidden by the slam panel. Let me know if this is still ok with you, Thanks. ---------- Post added at 09:17 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:09 PM ---------- Not a problem. I guess £2.50 should cover p&p. I'll drop you a PM, Cheers, N. ---------- Post added at 09:26 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:17 PM ---------- Hi Leo, I think you are actually referring to two pieces, the front crossmember, and the rad support. I do have both of these, both are on the list above. That would be £65 collected. I think I could get these couriered to you for £10 extra. Thanks. ---------- Post added at 09:30 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:26 PM ---------- Of course it is. As long as the items are not sold in the thread (and they are not listed anywhere else, so all will be on thread). When would work for you, and are you looking for anything in particular? Thanks. ---------- Post added at 09:36 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:30 PM ---------- Ha ha, yes, not a problem :) Good news that you are local. When would be a good time for you to collect? Also, from the above I presume you mean the brake servo and master cylinder? Thanks. ---------- Post added at 09:38 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:36 PM ---------- I think £5 should cover p&p. I'll drop you a PM. Thanks. ---------- Post added at 09:47 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:38 PM ---------- Hi Stone, All the stitching is indeed intact so we should be good to go there. They did only come in black AFAIK. The heater controls are perfect, no cracked tabs, the light works, the fan works on all speeds, and the temp and direction controls are spot on. I have the grills from a dash I had a while back too :) What time are you around? I am out on Saturday afternoon, but am around on Saturday morning and Sunday all day. Thanks. ---------- Post added at 09:48 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:47 PM ---------- Unfortunately it is missing, sorry :( ---------- Post added at 09:54 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:48 PM ---------- Hi Rich, They are available, and are rust free, however, getting them to you could be a bit of a problem. My experience of couriers is that they will probably end up banana shaped by the time they get to you. Are you in an urgent rush for these, if not, I might end up coming up to Lincoln at some stage in the next couple of months which isn't a million miles away if that helps? Thanks. ---------- Post added at 09:55 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:54 PM ---------- Hi there, I would be looking for £250 if that helps? They are a shade over £700 new... Thanks. ---------- Post added at 09:56 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:55 PM ---------- Hi there, I am not sure TBH, are the VW items branded at all? Thanks.
  17. Hi all, So, the shell has gone, the Mrs is off my back, and I have a garden shed full of cream plastics that I am thinking of listing plus a few other odds and ends. Stuff I do know about is listed below: Thanks for looking. Classic green spoiler. Paint decent. £10 ABS Pedal Travel Sensor. - £15 Master cylinder and servo. £20 Engine Aux water pump. £20 Coilpack. Bosch. £25 Flywheel. Standard. £40 Fuel Rail + FPR + Injectors. £20 Lower Inlet Manifold. £10 Starter Motor. VR6. Perfect working condition. £30 Interior Boot Side Carpets. £10 Fuse Box £10 Heated Seat loom, switch and relays. £80 Relays £7.50 each Passenger Side E-Window Switch. £7 Window Mech. Passenger Side. £35 Running Gear Cross member. VR6. Very good condition. £45 Gearbox. No whines or crunches or rumbles. £150 Steering UJ Boot. £15 Thanks again. N.
  18. I have the wings but unfortunately I am in Reading, Berkshire :(
  19. For that price, I think you would need to be a little lucky to get something decent. That said, it depends on what you get with the engine. A bare engine, easy. A dressed engine, a little more difficult. Full engine + loom, ECU, etc a lot more difficult. What exacty are you looking for, and where are you?
  20. I think most vw boxes make a slight noise, I have had 020, 02A, 02J and 02M boxes, and they have all made very light noise if you really listen out for them at certain speeds. That said, if you do have a problem box, I have a spare in very good working order, no crunches, no whining other than the afore mentioned very light sound. I am in Reading, Berkshire if that helps. Thanks.
  21. I have one, in pretty good condition from memory. How does £15 posted sound if the condition is decent? Thanks, Neal.
