lads, was lucky enough to come across a tt leather interior recently and i recall a guide for fitting it into a corrado.tried looking it up but could only find a 1 pager with a few photos and very little info. i am sure i came across a comprehensive article at some some stage, any help please?

lads have a 92 16v and i want to remove the abs system completely and replace it with an earlier non abs set up. Has anyone done this?

corrado wanted .must have leather and be in excellent rust free condition. one with mechanical problems may suit. whats out there please.

thats a smart car, but its in the isle of white which presents its own problems. i am looking for something in excellent condition with leather, not a vr or g60. i was thinking 8v because they were newer and i have never had one before. maybe a late model valver ?

lads have a problem here that i am looking for a bit of guidance on.i have an overfuelling problem with my vr6 corrado. removed inlet manifold and i ascertained that no 2 injector was pumping fuel into the cylinder as soon as the ignition was switched on. i switched around the connections with injector 1 and the problem went with the connection. injector is fine but connection is the problem. there is 12v at the injectors when ignition is switched on , including the faulty connection on no2 injector. what is my next course of action ? ecu maybe ? all help greatly appreciated !!!

Lads looking for a bit of guidance here on fitting 15" vr6 5 stud speedlines et43 to a '92 2l. The approach i was going to take is buy a set of fk adaptors with the 57.1 cb and the 4x100 to 5x100 pattern change. these come in 15mm or 20mm. Will these stick out too much ? will they widen the track by too much ? has anyone done this with success allready. thanks a million.

thanks for the reply. first thing i did was check the compression. all cylinders showed between 130-150lbs. was happy with that. when i switch on the ignition the pump stays on and you can hear and smell the petrol being injected into the engine, surely the fault lies there somewhere. will try replacing that no67 relay, but i suppose even if that was faulty the petrol should still not be getting past the injector with no engine running ?

having a problem with my 95 vr6 at the moment.it is running but appears to be over fuelling and only running on 5 cylinders. i put a draper diagnostic tool on it and it came up with a fuel pump relay sensor, which i thought was irrelevent , we kept clearing the faults and it kept coming back. today i hooked up vag com and it would not read it at all. my fuel pump is running all the time and the sump now has petrol in it, i assume its getting down past the rings. We tried disconnecting the ecu but the pump was still running and vag com would still not work even though we tried it on another car as well and it worked perfectly. i thought with the ecu disconnected it might still read for an abs fault but no. i am now going to change the fuel pump relay which was the original fault that showed up, does anyone know what number it is please. any opinions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

got hold of a set of bbs rs wheels that need a bit of a polish. can anyone suggest a polisher who would polish the outer rims when they are removed from the wheels. thank you.

i have a 1995 corrado vr6 with a tired engine. i want to put a 1.8t into it. i want to know what are the problems if any i will encounter in this transplant that would make it different to putting a 1.8t into a g60(which i also have).are there problems associated with the crossmember, engine cradle, what one do i have to use ? how do i keep the wide track that is on the vr6. i know these are only minor details in the scheme of things but i would still like to know if there are any problems that i will encounter that apply to the vr6 only. has anybody done this conversion, i have yet to come across one. thanks a million.

i have a 1995 vr6 2.9 can someone tell me what are the emission levels on this vehicle as standard. what emision levels would an aum 1.8t without a catalytic converter put out approx. thanks a million.

have tested the spark with another plug and it seems to be ok. i think too much petrol is going into the cylinder . i turned it over with the plug out and its throwing out a lot of petrol. will check injector tomorrow , thanks

but surely the petrol would still be pushed out the exhaust ? the engine will now not turn over at all with plug no2 in , i assume because the petrol in the bore is jamming it.

tried different plug , have not changed the coil pack.the petrol is not getting out of the cylinder at all, has to be a valve problem surely ?
