its been a long jorney mate but its all worth it in the end. its a t28 at the min just while i run it in then theres either a gt28rs or a gt30rs goin on. EVENTUALLY

hi every1 ive been on here for a while now and been busy doin my 16vt rado project which is now done , ive not posted many pics up befor due to the fact that im rubbish wi computers and only just found out how to do it , i will post all the pics then do some sort of spec page after . wot u all think

im needing the wiring diagram that shows all the oil temp plugs/switch's & coolent temp plugs & switch's . the wiring on my rado is a mess so im re-doing it all.

hi every1 , im in a bit of a pickle cus ive bought a 20vt inlet manifold (drive by wire) throttle body on the left., and im wantin to ues it on my 16vt engine as a short runner . i know there is a couple of ways of fittin them to the 9a block (weld the bottom half of the 16v inlet to the 20vt inlet) but im wantin to just use an adapter plate so everythin is tidy . the problem is that when mounting it to the block there is a water pipe in the middle of the head in the way. how do i get round this problem. if anyone has any detailed engine pics of the 20vt inlet mounted to the 9a block it would be so helpful as this is the only thing left in the way of gettin it running :( or any info on this problem would be great 8)

right what it is , is that i have built a 16vt corrado and just wanna know what the best gearbox and driveshafts to use. im currently runnin the standard 16v box with a performance clutch and 16v drive shafts all from the same passat gt 9a engine code. the thing i wanna know is , are they gunna be able to handle 300+ bhp as a daily driver. i have heard of some1 using a mk4 golf anniversery 6 speed box and cuttin the drive shafts down a bit. is this possible or will the ones i have be ok. :?

right , ive just got a 20vt inlet manifold that i will be using on my 16v turbo when its back from welding and im just wondering which throttle body to use . ive been told to use the mk3 gti 8v ABA one but im just wonderin if there is any others i could use e.g mk3 gti 8v 2e throttle body can i use the vr6 they have to be 'drive by wire' im not that clued up about throttle bodys so any help will be gr8

just sent my other rear bumper off to be smoothed and painted so should be a week or so. and just found out the engine wont be long 8) 8) so i might have some original bumpers front and rear for sale if any1 interested fresh paint and neva seen the road.

lovin your rado mate . i remember starein at it for about half an hour at ultimate dubs its one of my fave dubs! it was at that point i decided to go the whole hog wi mine, so cheers i blame u its costin me a fortune!!! :lol: :lol:

well ive just put the bumper on and im well chuffed. just a pitty i ant got my rims on.

not updated for a while , but i decided to ditch the standard front bumper and had this1 done. should be fittin it today hopefully so will get some pics when its on the car aswell. so it should look summat like this
