Hi... This is my 2nd Corrado first was a black 16v I owned 8 years ago. Anyway picked this up 2 weeks ago 1994 Aqua Blue VR6 103k miles and stacks of service history including every MOT. So far I've rebuilt the front and rear suspension new genuine bushes and mounts and fitted a set of coil overs. Gone through the interior and sourced replacement trim etc. and currently refurbishing the leather steering wheel. Hopefully have my BBS RC041/42 back next week to rebuild and fit with fresh tyres. Will add some pictures up tomorrow.

Hi do you have a sunroof motor? and would you be willing to cut the 4 pin socket for the sunroof switch off the loom? mines been butchered by pervious owner. Thanks

Condsidering a wheel swap from my 8x16" BBS RM's to a set of 9x16" schmidt modenlines. Heres the car on the BBS, does anyone have any pics of a Schmidts on a Corrado???

Not the best pictures but mine running 8 x 15 BBS RMs with 195/50/15s Lowered ??? a fairy bit, well the sump scrapes speed bumps!!

Demon Tweeks will do it but they dont come cheap! Think it was £35 + VAT a corner last time i went. Failing that i may be able to get my hands on a genuine tool i'll PM you if i can as im pretty local to you as well.

I've done a bit of a search and found a post with instructions from the Bently Manual on how to remove the door glass. Only when i open it its pages of code!! Could anybody else help me with a link to removing and refitting the door glass. Cheers

Just renewed the rocker gasket after removing plugs 2 and 3 and discovering they were full of oil, if i remeber correctly oil dammages the plug electrode?? could this possible be causing the miss fire, as it ran fine before. Thanks

After using the search function im still struggerling to find any info on a 4 branch manifold. I have discovered the Raceland stainless ones from Belgium but these dont seem to fit with power steering!! Odd. Can anybody point me in the right direction for one, mines cracked anyway so i need to replace it!!

This could be a challenge!! Drove it for the 1st time last night a it feels seriously under powered :( The throttle response is very stiff and it just dosent pull smoth through the revs, i know you need to push them but!! Had a read of the 16v threads on Club GTI and have a few things to check, timing chain, metering head etc. Trying to hunt down a KR cam and 50mm inlet before a trip to Stealth for a proper set-up and WUR mod! Any more infomation, tips or experience would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

Replaced the spoiler control relay now when i press the switch i can hear a whining noise but no movment on the spolier?? Going to remove the back panel and take a look at the motor! any more suggestions? Some Pics not that great

Cheers for the warm welcome guys. Not knocking the G60 you can never beat the sound of a charger spooling up. Its just that my last MK2 Golf was a 365bhp 20v and cost me a arm & leg every time i drove it but it was worth the fun, just wanted somthing a little tamer this time! Will get some pics up tomorrow - going to spend the week stripping it out clean and fixing a the rattles and squeaks!

HI New to the forum and world of corrados, had a few MK2 Golfs Polo G40 etc, but been without a dub for too long!! Just purchsed a 1994 2.0l 16v in Metalic Black, 3 owners black leather 120k miles FVWSH up to 109k miles £900 :) Outside has a few scraps and dinks but nothing that cannot be fixed, motor could do with a good service and flush as its a bit cammy. I know the 16v are under seen as under powered but im not after a petrol eating G60 my boy racer days are long gone just after a timless classic. Only question is the common spoiler issue, this one dosent work at all could anybody point me in the right direction?? Cheers
