  1. Its a rather small hole to be able to fit the track rod end through so i highly doubt it. however having never tried i cant say for 100%. just count how many turns it takes to remove the t.r.e then when putting it back on you should be roughly back where you started with no need to track it up, assuming the tracking is ok in the first place :silly:
  2. i got out dragged by a standard looking nova. but my g60 wasnt quite running right. not really 'raced' anything else.
  3. Ive got a set on mine, aswell as the indicators and foglights. pictures not very good but the camera ran out of battery just after i realised i had it on the wrong setting..... They were a piece of cake to fit, couple of screws and the connector. Mine came allready set up as RHD. You need to swap the adjusters out of your old headlights onto the new ones and then they will need to be adjusted. I still need to adjust mine properly because they are pointing down too much, i just havent had a chance to do it yet. Quality of light is alot better than the standard ones imo. No headlight related issues so far....
  4. Spray station, on the airport industrial estate are supposed to be good at spraying but dont know what type of repairs they do. The bodycentre (aka shodycentre) are pretty awful so id stay clear of them personally dunno any others
  5. Mine rolled of a petrol station forecort into the middle of the road once, handbrake wasnt very good so i soon sorted that out!! My MPG was reading 85 the other day, i wish! And a few times ive switched it off and removed the key and it the engine carried on running as if the key was still in and switched on
  6. Mine was like this, however it started when i held the plug in the back of the switch to the right. Just replaced it this morning, £17 from TPS and took 5 mins to install. No more looking like im hotwiring it and now i can put the trim back on under the steering wheel
  7. on my g60 the mpg guage is reading high 60's low 70's at times, clearly not right, any idea what could be causing it to over read?
  8. I'll have to get some white grease for it then thanks for the tip, i hate rust!
  9. cool, i just have horrible visions of everything falling off as i go down the road  thanks, sam
  10. As the title suggests i just want to check ive got this right before i go bolting it all back up properly. Nothing came up on fitting in the search. My excellent paint skills show how ive fitted it to the bottom shock mounty bit: Also do i now torque that bolt upto what the previous bolt was? 70nm isnt it? thanks, sam
  11. cheers, i just rang them and they are gonna send me some bushes out, phew. I can get on with fitting my nice new coilovers now 8)
  12. Hi guys, quick question, i bought an eibach arb kit for my g60 from venom motorsport the otherday and it came yesterday, however no bushes came with it. Im sure they were suposed to come with them and double checked the website: http://venommotorsport.com/product_deta ... Suspension which also says it comes with new bushes. Now before i ring them has anyone bought this kit off them before and did it come with bushes? cheers, sam

    Another Wire thread

Ah right. Everything seems to be working ok cheers for the reply, sam
  14. Hi guys, Whilst attempting to remove my immobiliser i found these wires loose by the fuse board, now i dont know whether i pulled them out accidently whilst poking around or whether they were already loose but does anyone know where they go and what they are for? There isnt really alot of room for me to have a god rummage around look for where they go. Black connector, black and yellow wire: Grey connector, red and black wire: Yellow connector, green wire: clearish connector, blue and white wire i think: any help is greatly appreciated cheers, sam :x-mas:
