vinyl spray would do the visors (what quantity are the cans and how much so i can think about it cheers) any ideas on the headliner that would need something else as its textured I will get some prices for ya!! and find out about the headliner. Wont be till monday tho if that is ok?

Thanks for the advice. It is an old bumper. Would you sand it all the way back to the plastic, or just through the laquer and into the old paint layer? Sorry if this a dumb question but the more info I can get the better. Thanks. Presumably plastic primer has more give in it to allow for movement? Really all it needs is to be sanded back enough so the primer has somehtin to key to! :D

Best way i hav found to sand it back is to use a palm sander! Dont need to use a really ruff pad just like 180 to start with! I use a plastic primer first but before puttin it on, put a little bit of thinners or pannel wipe on 2 cloth wipe it other with that first. Then i would use a high build primer because u can sand it back really smooth and should get rid of any little marks on the bumper if is an old bumper?

U wouldnt recormend them them as budget coilovers??

They are ok. Not ideal really but good enough to get away with in the short term. They are very stiff so for track work they would be ok but can be a little stiff for road use. They would be better if you could damper adjust as I'd just soften them a little. I'll probably spend a fair bit on suspension in the middle of the year and get some AST's fitted. At the time I just wanted it lowered on a strict budget and it did that pretty well. i might hav to give them a go to. aint really got the money to be spendin like £500 on coilovers. they gotta b worth a try! Hi everyone, Happy new year! I'm going to polish my rocker cover. is removin and puttin it back on as simple as it looks? Just remove the breather and un bolt it?? or do i need some more info before i start messin with it?? thanks :D

was thinkin about gloss black?? i can change the colour of them that aint a problem. but i just wanna do somethin different if ya gey what i mean! :D i always think black wheels make tyres too much as there is no definition between the wheels and tyres they tend to become one lump , black wheels have to have a polished or silver rim to give definition between wheel and tyres just my thoughts yeah i get what ya sayin! could polish them?? :)
