hello ive recently noticed i have a split injector rail hose vw want 43quid without vat for it!!!???? :shock: the hose says 5x3mm onit which i presume is a 5mm inner diameter. ive found sum audi and corrado fuel hose http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... K:MEWAX:IT but the guy says it is low pressure hose but it looks the exact same :confused4: so iam a bit stuck at the moment was wondering if any of you guys know the pressure rating for the hose or any idears where too get sum hose from cheers :)

end caps thats what i need by the sounds of it does that fit over the 82mm filterhousing? cheers mate will nip too halfords and have a look

hello last weekend i decided to change the oil filter and oil on my 93vr6.after draining the oil out i put a 36mm socket onto wrench and tried to undo the oil filter. no joy the filter will not move tried rachett straps on the 82mm bit futher up still wouldnt budge. after a few more tries it eventually snapped the plastic 36mm bolt bit near the drain plug. :mad2: so iam ofiically stuck on how to get the bastard filter out :confused4: :scratch: was thinking last resort smash it out but i aint seen anyware what sells the oil filter housing? any help or advice much appreciated :)

ive found the problem!! AT LAST :D it was a totally knackered rear engine mount and a knackered inner cv joint. :mad2: :shock: its getting fixed as we speak so i can finally start getting it sorted for bugjam :D

iam thinking of getting sum bigger injectors for the vr6 as iam planing on runing sum schmimle cams and going to stealth to get a remap. was wondering what size the standard injectors are and if any of you guys are running any similar setups?? thanks

CHEERS GUYS much appreciated for the help. there is definitly sum resistance as th wheel goes round but the clunking only happens under hard aceleration. will get it down to garage at weekend an get em sorted. is it a big job an will i be eating bread an jam for week due to the cost hahaha cheers guys :D

it is a 93vr6 and it was the passenger side shaft which was replaced

took her 4 a spin earlier and it definitely happens when i put the power on so iam stumped :confused4: :mad2:

yes m8 it was a brand new shaft

hello every1 ive recently had a snapped driveshaft had it replaced everything seamed fine. but there is a loud clunking sumtimes if iset off fast or when i really nail the power. it tends to happen in 2nd an 1st. iam very confused as people have said it is the gearbox ,clutch, engine mounts ???? so any help would be much appreciated

HELLO PEOPLE ive just started to get sum serrious vibrations through the car when i accelarate it seems to be coming from the engine and not the wheels or sterring. my m8 thinks its the engine mounts or possibly the back box but he says everything looks sturdy underneath there. if its the engine mounts how much is it going to cost and isit an easy job or a pain in the arse :( ANY HELP MUCH APPRECIATED :D THANKS :D

HELLO GUYS ive recently had the fan only working on 0 to 4. so ive searched around and found the thermal fuse probably most likely the problem. i got a wikki guide on how to do it so ive took off the trim to get to the blower housing. but the electrical conection is not on the front like the picture?? also it says to locate clip push down and turn clockwise to drop blower.well ive tried that and no luck the blower doesnt want to drop out of the housing??? any help or advice much apreciated. it is a 93 k plate with davia air con if that helps CHEERS RIMnCHOP :D

hello guys ive got a standed scorpion alam on my vr6 just had it looked at by a car audio ans security company and they said there wasnt any alam model number or anything on it other than scorpion :? :? .so just wonded if any of u guys have any answers or clues???? its a 93 k plate vr6 if that helps :? :(

it seams to be coming from the stering wheel or the housing :?

Ikeep getting a strange grinding or grateing noise everytime i turn the wheel :( its only just happend so checked all levels everything is fine checked steering wheel everything ok there??? :? just wonded if any1 else as had this problems or idears as iam baffaled hmmmm cheers guys 8)

THANKS GUYS FOR THE HELP ive managed to get a parcel shelf in perfect condition for 20 quid so iam happy :D ive recntly had a insatall done with 6" hertz components in front and sum jl 6x9 in back for rear ambience fill. also a jl subto provide a bit of low end grunt 8) all wired to 2 ipaul amps. if you like dance trance and anything a bit harder. you will luv this. IMUST RECOMEND HERTZ SPEKEARS.THE SOUND IS CRISP PUNCHY AND WARM TOP QUALITY PRODUCTS MUST RECOMEND THEM. 8) will post sum pics up when ive fixed the bloddy heater problem think its just a thermal resistor..... ihope :lol: at least my car get nice tunes init even iff the heator only works on 4 ha has ha well
