You missed a good race last night. It was like who can make it to the end without interuption, someone parked it to answer the door and someone was even cooking a pie  Had a great race with Kris swapping positions till near the end of an hour long race. -
Tidy car and very clean bay, not a bad colour also, nice one :notworthy:

Sounds like you all had great fun, in the meantime i was searching the xbox forums on how to fix a "NAT Config" error. Eventually switched my router off and on and seams to be going again so makes a change to own something that is more unreliable than my car  -

Room for one more? -
There's not much difference in price between companies but I got mine from G-Werks. Just over a week delivery direct from factory.

Got them on at last, first drive on them today. Height is currently set at around 62cm all round to begin with. At low speed they are suprisingly comfortable, even more so than the Koni TA's with standard springs where i was contsantly avoiding potholes and rough patches of road. At higher speed car is far more stable than before with less body roll, diving under braking and rising on acceleration. Overall much improvement over previous setup and would recommend to anyone looking for a more smoother ride on coilovers with the bonus that they are less expensive than most. Time will tell whether they last as long though, but they are German made :D

It's not back on the road yet, getting other things done at the same time, brakes and engine work. Hopefully early next week.

Aqua blue pearl, looks well in the sunshine 8)

Thanks for that. Lots getting done this weekend including the MK4 R32's with steel hoses so will let you know how the upfit went and how it stops. If all goes well it will be nice to actually stop exactly where i was planning to for a change...

Has anyone fitted R32 brakes to a VR with 17" wheels? Is it straightforward?
-
I'll let you know how the ride feels next week. Currently on Koni's with standard springs.
-
Fitting these this weekend hopefully.

Sourced 288 front brakes but have a couple of questions before upfit, thanks Are longer bolts (40mm) and spacers required to fit Mk4 288 brakes onto a VR? Also will a set of Golf Mk4 hoses do the job?
