If I can get ahold of a original air box for the VR6... How the sound going to be like? Thinking of using K&N filter and drill the box.. I want a nice deep sound!

Mine didnt pass... needed to change my ball joint! AND OF COURSE I DIDNT GET ANY BOLTS AND THE OLD ONE BROKE! Do VAG have these maybe?? :gag:

Thansk mate! I have added one more clear coat and going to rubb it with the machine so I get the real finish im after. Going to do one lip also... wish me luck! :lol:

Yeah! I would love to complete this... because a Ragtop is nicer than a usuall sunroof because the passengers in the back also get some sun :) The roof is just a thin sheet of metal so cutting and getting it all fitted cant be hard... Post some pics when you do start with the mini :notworthy:

If there is going to be a meet like that again... THEN I WILL COME!!! Would love to take the Corrado for a long drive true Europe to end up in a big meet with alot of Corrado :)

Hi. My Corrado dont have a sunroof... thats bad!!! Im thinking of installing a Ragtop. Thats the easiest way to get some shine on my head and would look way cool on the Corrado. I can get ahold of a ragtop on the local junkyard from a Polo Openair so its OEM but not for the Corrado. Any ideas how to do this? There is no structual strength in the roof so it would be easy just to cut and install but what about the mountings for the ragtop? Any thoughts? And I dont care if you dont like it! I have asked alot of questions and really dont want to hear your oppinion how the Corrado would look etc, I know that allready! The things I need to know is the mounting, cutting and installing. I personally think that it would look ass because the Corrado doesnt have the right lines for so small indicators. They just look odd. My friend did have that before the completley shaved the bumper.

I think it looks quite good, better than my blackpainted fogs! :lol: Its clean but not in a way that scream "Look at me!!" It looks oem but not :)

HAHA! There seems to be allot of disquisition on the numberplate more than the actual mod! :lol: The thing is that both my fogs are brown.. yes brown! Water and rust :gag: And I dont want to pay over 100quid for a pair of clean ones and then need to resparay the bumper because of all the stone chips and that a previous owner must have drove into something because its damages. And I dont use fogs! They have never worked!!! Not even the rear one... I have tried everything and now I think that the cables are damage deep in the car. The thing is also to be legal I need the front turn so this mod is just what Im looking for, clean and not so "Hey look at me" as the clean fronts are.... And yes, we need the numberplate in the front or its 50quid to pay to the police :norty: A respray of the front cost about 80£ for me so why not do something? And a friend of my use fiberglass and foam to create the completely shaved bumper. :lol: Any more thoughts??? :camp:

Hi! Im thinking of shaving my bumper... But not the whole thing just the insert for the numberplate and the fogs leaving the turns. I have searched and cant find a damn thing! Just on picture! But I know that I have seen this somewhere else... But what I wondering is how hard is this to do? The 100% shave it easy, just fill and paint but with the Semi-Shaved there is some issues with the turns if you want to remove them to change bulb for example. Any tips and ideas? 8)

Yeah... cant really find any pictures of these on a Corrado... WHAT WHEELS DO PEOPLE HAVE ONE THEIR CARS??? Is it RS allt the way? :lol:

What do you think about rh zw2? I maybe can trade my Zenders for a set of these... 17x8.5 also but with ET60 :norty:

Hmm.. Quite cheap but then postage to Sweden... But I do like the AERO wheels better, they match the Corrados shapes.

But then we come to the difficult part... To get ahold of a set and still inside the budget :( Thats whats buggers me, I cant really do what I want to my Corrado... I allways need to be a bit cheap on everything, that starts to anoy me!!! :censored: A set of nice AMG's are about 200... and what Im going to get for the Zenders are about 400-500 I recon so there is money for both rims and tyres :grin:

PS:ed a picture of my Corrado with AMG rims...

Testfitted a wheel on the Rado... Cant use them :( I need a 15mm adapter to make it work and then Im going to have a raw poke!
