  2. Couldn't agree more, they get a bad rap for some reason but they look better, sound better, and have maybe a slight power gain over the oem one Exactly, Its not a bad part, But I think that many C owners want their rides to be as they just went out of the production line... I have seen a black painted powerrohr and that looked sick! Couldnt tell that the OEM was swapped for that piece! That is a great alternative to a VW part :notworthy:
  3. I think that they are a great replacer for an old OEM VW part, mine has starded to break and get a bit stiff... :cuckoo: I can think that those two are about the same price?
  4. Wow.. One disk is about 90pounds for the 312mm conversion :cuckoo: The calipers are about 40 each, new! :norty:

  6. Today I started her up and checked the flashers if they flashed red or orange.. one did flash red and the other orange  And wow, she sounds so good! I think that the engine needs to get a real run after 3months... but its something that bothers me... when the engine is warm and its idling... when I give it a real poke on the pedal the rpm drops and then instantly rises. Is that normal? Shouldn't it just go up and not down then up? It sounds like to much air and thats maybe my sporty filter :norty: And then I tried the A/C and he rpm did go up when I moved the lever to A/C on.. That must mean that the pump works  Have tried this before with no result... :( It feels so good to see her beginning to be finished! The things I want to do is the mudflaps... New ones and then a clean grill

    temperature gauge

Look up the part on internet to se how it looks and then trow yourself in to the engine bay and search for it! Look at the radioator or something similar.

    temperature gauge

Maybe is doesnt have a good connection to the sender? I dont know where to look for that but thats one idea for the problem. I dont think that the gauge will bounce up and down... Mine has never done that :cuckoo:
