I have just ordered some fog light lenses from here http://www.originalgermanfolks.com/index.htm hope this helps, and should be a bit cheaper than posting from the UK
-
Picture ?
-
I`m loving my 263 cams and re-map
-
No nothing as of yet, sorry
-
I'll give the lights a miss, as I have a spare set I can spray.
-
Have you sold the rear lights yet ? Any pictures of them please. If they are going for £55 I`ll take them.

Events 2013 Corrado Club, get your name down
Dude VR6 replied to Tempest's topic in Event Announcements & Discussion
Just put my name down for a few, I may even join you guys for the Dutch trip. But I didn't see Stoner Park on there, is there a clash, or dates not confirmed yet ? -
when you did your switches, what LED's did you use, and how easy was it to change them ?
-
I've got a snap-on top box, and roll cab that I brought when I was an apprentice back in the early 90s. I only keep stuff I'll need at home in it, and have a huge Lista at work. I'd need a box the size of an elephant if I had all my tools in one place. Snap-on boxes lovely, huge range, well built, and a big price tag. But resale value is good, and if you ever need anything for them, you can get spares quite easily. I've got nothing against halfords boxes, but what I would say is set your buget, and have a look on eBay before buying to see if you can buy cheaper.

Have you guy seen a wiki about this, or know the part numbers for the 5th gear just to give me some idea.
-
Done, PM me payment
-
I'll have the heat shield please, can you post it ?
-
Well I'd be up for a full loom plus relays
-
Yes I also had a look at ARZ tuning last night, for all the bits, and by the time you add postage its well over 400 euro`s. So I would be interested in the loom, now have to look for the rest of the bits :?

Its all about the prep work with painting carbon, as long as you prep properly, filler primer, then paint, you will have a better than metal finish.
-
Just you wait till I see you, I`m going to give you such a hidiing
-
Carbon is really stable, why do they build 90% of F1 cars out of the stuff, I should know as I work for an F1 team. I would be more interested in Carbon/Kevlar wings, as they are more flexible and have a greater impact resistance. The only thing is the cost really with carbon, and those of you that would want them in carbon, wouldn't paint them I'm sure, unlike me who would if they where carbon/kevlar.
-
Don't bloody start you two !!!!!!!!!
-
Will the looms include the relays to ? So all you would need is the switch ?

When I fitted mine, I also had 263 cams and a re-map done at the same time, so yes it did make a difference. Vag-Hag I do know better, never needed to wrap an exhaust, even on all the race cars I've ever built, and I've built quite a few. Like I said, unless your going to use the car as a serious track day car, then you don't need to wrap it. The original cast exhaust produces just as much heat as the 6 branch, but unlike a stainless steel exhaust, it retains the heat for longer after the engine is switched off. As long as you re- fit the heat shield, you won't notice a difference.
-
I haven't wrapped mine, as I use my car daily and don't have any problems. But if you intend to use your car as a track car, then wrap it.
-
Thanks Billcor, I did see these and have sent him a message to see if he'll split, but I don't holed out much hope.
-
have you got pictures to confirm this ? And I'll start building that Corrado you want.

Interesting, keep us posted
