Was just randomly looking for parts for the car ( as you do) and found this, its a singly wiper blade upgrade for the corrado and this is what it said about it: Storm Single Wiper Kits allow you to change your vehicle from two wipers to a single DTM style wiper system. I got a simalar probolem with mine,,went to DG Autoteck thursday for it and couldnt realy find anything wrong with it Sorry not much help but if you find anything that causes yours let me know :D

Had a guy come to look at my parents loft insulasion today and he was a big dub fan. Had a chat to him for 10 mins and he used to own a silver valver :D By the way he was talking when he left I think he might be in the market for a vr6 8) :lol: :D

Just a few pics of the powder coated inlet manifold and rocker cover I brought of mk2vivs :D And the nice smooth inside of the top of the manifold :D Just need to get some HT leads, better injectors and some braided fuel lines and it will be goin on along with a KR cam and hopefully a remap 8) What colour HT leads would go best with the black?????

Yeh, I noticed a considerable improvement with the 'DG' 'go faster' sticker correctly installed! Mind you, that might have had something to do with their work in returning it to running on 6 cylinders as opposed to the 4 that it was running on... :roll: HAHA Ya I can remember seeing yours with the front end and half the engine missing Hopefully have another Ice Grey to park my car next too tomoro now :D

Spent most of today time giving my car a good and I mean good clean inside and out, polish and wax. Borrowed the neighbours power washer and tyer dresser too :D I'm lieing realy :ignore: :grin: :lol: :lol: :lol: :epicfail: Got a veleting companie out and they done a realy good job, they are called Avon Valeting, from Bristol and are at a very resonable price too. the one guy has a mate with a G60 so any one on here know some one who works for Avon valeting ?????? :grin:

Got some complaments off Dave and Graham today about the shift lights 8) :D

Well the car went to see the doctors at DG autotech today :D As I gessed the car was running rich, but we couldnt find any reason as to why it started :shrug: So just put it to how it should be and that was that :D Car the drove home perfictly :D Made me smile when Graham came back after taking the car for a test and said " it goes like Stink " 8) Big thanks once again to the Dave and Graham for all the help, all ways great to go to them and will be going back :notworthy:

Ya I think its over fueling and running rather rich, Black exhuast tip, over run when i lift off the throttel and depress the clutch and my mpg is in the region of a VR after a heavey drive :lol: Got 28 mpg out of it on the motorway the other day only doing 70 :(

I would get it a MOT as I wouldnt want to buy a car with out one And as far as the price goes, its preaty cheep for a VR, In my opinion the price your asking for gives the impression there is something wrong with it. Not saying there is but if you see the prices of other VR's and then you see this first thing you think is why is it so cheap? and what is wrong with it? :shrug: even tho there is a honist reason behind it Thats my 2p :D

Ya the first silencer box was removed and replaced with a straight through stainless steal pipe so thats probably why then. Its just the blackish smoke i got this morning that is worrying me more, as i do go through a bit of oil each week. so I'm wondering if its worn piston rings or valve seals, but the car has only done 84K miles :confused4: And it only seams to happen when i first start the car from cold, when its warm there isnt any thing wrong. Dont know if its related bt my mpg has droped a bit. on the motorway yesterday I only got 30mpg at best doing 70mph when I normaly get round 34mpg

possibly I thought that would of all gone after i left it idling for 5 mins tho. does smell and have little black specs in it and the exhuast tip so black

When I started the car this morning a load of smoke came out the exhuast, it was a blacky grey colour with a smell of oil. then after the engine had warmed up it had gone. Had a quick search on tinternet and couldnt find much. just started it up again (from cold) and was only a little bit of smoke. I let it idel for 5 mins then gave it a few little revs ad a light grey smoke started coming out. Have attached a video showing it I dont like it :confused4: :confused4: :confused4:
