agree was over quick although that took 2 hours of filming and setting up doh!! and they can be had for 3k but when asked how much i valued mine at i told him 5k and looks better now on the split rims :)

yes amte to good for a daily all the wheels have been off the arches polished back to standard paint all the suspension cleaned couldnt justify it being used everyday.Although when i bought it that was my intention to buy a car to use as a daily driver my misses is going mad keeps telling me to sell it as i make her walk if its raining and im using the other car. doh!! oh and the cobra is awesome always fancied a sumo or dax myself :) obviously with a big block.

trust me it will sound the same my car up close is as quite as a mouse but in that studio with mic's high and low it sounded naff on set. And Jim in in Holbrooks but if i even see a rain cloud the car stays under cover :)

tempest unfortunatly you couldnt tell them what to script they already has that written up i did tell him a few things but they didnt point any out oh and why have i not seen your car in Coventry thats where im from :wave: cheers bruny the last owner has just text me asking to buy it back lol and yes it is worth more than 3k well its worth as much as anyone is willing to pay but i wouldnt sell for less than 4900 :)

yes agree with the engine lol thats because it was in a very small studio still say they should of give it a test drive :) cannot complain the car has had some nice exposure

woo hoo that was cool Although being in a studio made the engine sound quite loud doh!! Still glad my car looked good and they praised it .

Anyone local to coventry with vag.com for vr6 i have done a vag.com test yesterday and it had a communication error with abs :shock: :shock: :help:

Wonder if any of you good people could help me with my vr6 i have just had a vag.com test done on my car due to the fact my abs light is on and its picking up no engine fault :) but when it comes to the abs it is not communicating its picking up the fist part with ecu then nothing else just says not communication any ideas.

For 1 they didnt hate it i think and i know this sounds naff the cheapscate alternative is what its called those on a budget that want a vag barn stormer and cannot afford an audi r8 lol how the 2 compare i dont know. But i can say he is scripting a bit about the what to look for when buying a corrado the styling the engine and chains it will all be edited down but whatever happens its good publicity for the vag classic :)

Just a quick couple of pics of the new rims thanks to Martin( VR6 south ) mate it rained most of the way home doh!! just spent 4 hours cleaning all the arches suspension and fitting new wheels cheers mate hope you like :)

i believe there is a chap selling a set of 305mm discs brembo brake set on the parts junkie his user name 4 stud fitment i did want them but mine is 5 stud sure g60 is 4 stud

iv got M5 VWC on my car not sure if N5 VWC is available quite a nice plate though

is it on the register from accident ? what is exacly wrong with it? have you though about the scrappage scheme doh!! and best suggestion is if you havnt done many miles since last mot get a ticket tax it and flog it on problem you have is it will need trailoring

I currently run standard vr6 brakes on my vr but new 17in split rim wheels being fitted next week same as rh splits so wanted a nice looking brake behind the wheel any ideas ?and price, and if its a straight fit or not all help ideas welcome

I think when you get a valuation on line from these sites it automatically goes on there web site for sale.I have done it before and wanted just a valuation.Then a few hours later noticed it on there site for sale. :eek:
