As above, looking for an automatic g60 throttle body or something similar with a tps that can be used on a g60 that's to be mapped. Please let me know if you have what I'm after.

Ide change the small belt on the charger, they've been known to let go. Need a few myself so if i come across them I'll pm you where i get them

What do people use to replace the foam with?

I could be wrong on this but a shorter front engine mount would raise the back of the engine/ manifold to clear the rack? I had the opposite problem in the past, fitted a taller solid mount to take the manifold away from the heat shield on the tunnel

Ah I see, hope it all works out now! I had alot of issues with the isv, binned it a few weeks back and the engine is alot happier without it! Looking forward to your next updates!!

She's a dream to drive!! Dumped the isv and drilled the throttle body and it transformed the idle and how she acted at low revs coming to a stop. I haven't read too far back but from what I did read your nearly there!! What manifold did you go for this time

Hey Yan, anymore updates? I finally got my 16vG on a rolling road yesterday, 241 with 215 torque. Thanks for all the advice over the years, made my life alot easier!

I have a new bosch 4 wire oxygen sensor to fit to my car to replace the universal item fitted. Old plug was cut off to fit the universal item so I need to fit the correct plug. If someone has a cut up loom or knows where I can pick one up please pm me.
