Wouldnt led flashing be really heavy compared to dynamat ? I know dynamat is a bit weighty but surely led is heavier ?

Dynamat the doors , will stop them rattling about when your music is on As said id wash or wetvac the carpets and hand them to dry that way you wont have damp smelly carpets

Cheers folks , it came to pieces ok actually but most things i had removed once already in the oast on seperat jobs so knew how most of it came off Jim its staying the same colour , id already had some work done and my friend got two samples of dragon green as they couldnt quite get a perfect match ! We think that the oaint was origional but had slightly changes over the years of sun !! Anyway the samples was a slightly darker version and a slightly lighter , ill be going with slightly lighter Yea chris gonna be doing most of the prep my self , felt quite bad yesterday rubbing the whole car down with thinners !!

Starting to need these more quickly now , also if anyone has some door scraper seals they want to rape me for let me know

Cut seal off and lightly scotch pad them down then use g technic c4 to re black them , worked for me

Trying to get set up in my new garage and need a couple off jacks , i want two jacks and four axle stands Iv been looking at these on ebay Ebay number is 181385961769 I dont want dirt cheap **** but at the same time id like to tey not to spend loads as cash just isnt spare , they wont get used every day just when im faffing about What do you think about the ones iv posted up

Dont rule out your door seals even if they look good , take them off and see if any part of the inside of the seal is wet or if tou have any water drip marks on the inner sill , mi e was leaking from there and my seals looked perfect Also if its both sides then you have two points of entry your looking for as it wont just jump over the center tunnel wich means for now i would rule out the scuttle tray seal under the bonnet , check for a badly fitted screen aswell as they can leak from there I took the interior out fully to dry it out and get rid of the sodden soundproof matariel and totally dry the car out , once every thing was dry i set up a hose to "rain" on the car and then i quickly jumped in the car and sat and waited for water to appear , once i found the leak ( door seals ) i took them off and crimped the seal a bit tighter all the way round and then sealed them back on with tiger seal Hope that helps
