  7. that sounds like a good setup at the mo, actually,,, it just so happens to be nearly the same as mine!!! a good sub and amp? sub - JL Audio. You really cant go wrong. Focal? odd sizes but should be ok (i might be getting one,) or Diamond Audo. Amps can depend on your music but Genesis JL Audio and Pheonix gold, again cant go wrong with. :)
  8. well yeah, makes sense really eh?
  9. he was just saying its dirty Struan.
  10. yeah, everyone cuts holes in their shelves.... bad idea....
  11. yeah, apparently AVO's need rebuilt every so often and dont have a good warranty. FK Konigsports also have a lifetime warranty but parts may take longer to come cause they are newer, even though its Koni Dampers.
  12. biggerbigben, jesus yeah, coilovers go rock hard!! What has to be remembered is that Coilovers are really for race cars etc...... I remember reading about a guy that put really expensive leda coilovers on his scooby and he had to take em off cause on the softest setting was too hard for him. the car ended up skipping and jumping over dips in the road etc. Coilovers nowadays are becoming, i suppsoe softer than they once were for the reason the public use em. AVO's i've read are solid Try driving a car with coilovers and get em to crank up the damping  Edit - Snide remarks removed. Stop it, Brian. --Admin
  13. G60Jet, yesh, you'd of thinked they'd have tidied it up, but they wanted it out there in the public eye
  14. heres my effort... if you click on 91G60 on my sig, i made a guide on page 2.
  15. if you set them on the hardest!!! ha ha yeah, i did this for a laugh on mine. prepare to lose your teeth!!!!
  16. ha ha, see what i mean? i used an electric jigsaw and a file, but i dont know what tools you would have had available.. What did you use? Did your components come with crimps or anything? mine did my my 6x4's didnt :( are your components in yet?
  17. later corrados do close the sunroof. i've seen it, i know. Early ones are windows only. All Rad's should have closure from the key.
  18. but how do they adjust the coilovers to suit? Henny, aren't yours non adjustable damping?
  19. well, if it is what you mean, then click here... http://corrado.atx-hosting.co.uk/viewto ... highlight=
  20. Borat, what do you mean change the back light ? They're front lit at the moment, is that what you mean? change that for blue?
  21. Good choice mate 8) And apparently yes, they will fit rather nicely :) you shoulda been part of the group buy they had a while ago
  22. G60Renshaw, saw that. looks sweet as mate. But wheres the proof your first? Not doubting it, just thought it was an odd thing to say......
  23. JasonSanders, NNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You sit in the front!!! amp them!!!!!!! you dont need to amp 6x4's, pointless wate of time. and im not sure 4" will fit in the dash. think its 3 1/2" best bet is some 5" components, keeps the soundstage as VW intended (which is really good actually) by puting the tweeters in the dash where they belong. Cheers
