No there is no need to run an intercooler. In a supercharged setup charge cooling is better from my understanding.

If you was to you use this kit on an OBD1 VR you would need to get this chipped or custom mapped, the problem with generic chips are you dont get the full potential so I would suggest Vince @ Stealth for a custom map.

I bought it without the flange and since then I have had one welded on. This cat is for a 2.5inch exhaust system and was bought with the intention of fitting this directly with my Jetex non-resonated system. I will included the fitting kit which is new and the Jetex sleeve to connect the cat to the centre section.

No dont give up, I am just about to go out and get a rotrex C30-84 kit from TTS-Performance and bracket from CCR-Racing in Denmark. Cheaper than Storm by over a 100 quid.
