All round petrol head, First car was a Beetle, then a *cough* Talbot Horizon followed by a Volvo 340 (we all have our mistakes). Next up was an E plate 16v Golf Campaign. and a couple of Mk1's. I was one of the first to import G60s/Ralleys form Germany, I brought in 2 x Ralleys and 3 G60s in the mid/late 90's. My last import was a Red G60 syncro which was my daily driver for a couple of years. Redundancy and kids lead to tatty G plate, white 8v then a 525iX Touring. Continuing the BMW theme, I bought an E36 M3 Cab after the 525 (which sold for £1100 even though it had 193K on it!). The M3 was fantastic but £400+ for a service and a newly acquired dog said it was time to go... :-( The replacement was a 530d Touring, lovely car, not quick but sensible... It died big time with only 145K on it... Now I have the 16v Corrado, 78K, full history and no racer bits.
