  2. i have the some problem for the last 4 years and i hat it !! my car is 20vt swapped 10 years ago and all was fine . 4 years ago its happend :( I have not found a solution so I started to change things - i installed New gas pipelines New fuel pump X2 New fuel relay X 3 ogignal ! New ECU new Power line from the pump to a new EBOX. New EBOX . still the some what it can be ?
  3. ONLY - first time command to fule pump ! not working... I have the car 6 years...(corrado swaped 20vt ) first was 8N0 906 018 A but now i got the wide band 06a 906 032 rp The first three years everything was fine ...but then one day - if I'm not mistaken fuel relay Stopped working I believe it started from the moment when I changed the relay . Over the years, I just did so many changes to the car - its a little hard for me to remember ... Of course I changed since then the fuel relay with a friend with Corrado - my worked with him great - and his did not work in my car good - also - and I ordered another 3 Original etc etc and try them 2 The problem is just a switch for the first time - I mean - i turn the switch on - and I do not hear the fuel pump working and there is no fuel pressure in the pipes or in the fule clock . I turn on the car engine ( its a little hard for him to start the engine...) but After the engine is turned on after 5 seconds I turn off the car engine. Then I turn on the switch on and then I hear the fuel pump starts working (5sec bzzzzz)and I see that fuel pressure at the clock on 40psi + - .... (I mean is normal) The problem is - the first time the pump command did not get. I have not found a solution so I started to change things - i installed New gas pipelines New fuel pump New fuel relay new Power line from the pump to a new EBOX. New EBOX. after all some one told me the change the ECU - i had narrow band 8N0 906 018 A and now i cange it to wide band 06a 906 032 rp - but still the some Must help please why only on the first time command to fule pump ! not working... i saw that int the mk4 etc ... ther is " PRIME FUEL CIRCUS " As I understand - not sure if that's true - but once the door is open the pump is not working Of course that Circuit we do not have it in the corrado Is it possible to get around it through VAGCOM feature ? Or that it has nothing to do at all

  5. yes this is the problme for now -the back of the projector is stick to the battery - and its very very hat :( its looks oem ... but 2 long in the back And so I ask from you more photos of the car - Taken from afar and lights are off... please

When I put the key into the on position, my pump no longer turns on . i checked the M/02 Fuel Pumps Power - and no power when i jumped wires to the pump its start to works - The pump working when it gets direct power i installed new relay - 2 times !! - and diffrent fusebox ! but its the some i checked this : 12 Fuel Pump Relay (80, 67 or 167) 1 Main Fusebox Starter Power (not used) 2 Main Fusebox Start/Run Power connected correctly 3 To ECU (Fuel Pump Turn-On) connected correctly 4 To Fuse 18, Fuel Pump, Oxygen Sensor Heater Do not get anything 5 G2/6 (not used) 6 Main Fusebox Battery Power From 30B connected correctly 7 G2/7, T1 (not used) 8 Main Fusebox Ground (not used) 9 M/4, U1/8, G2/5 (not used) Anything else that could cause the fuel pump not to kick in?
  10. i have corrado 1990 - was kr and for the last 10 years its AUDI TT AJQ 20VT eninge . i have the originl audi tt instrument cluster and the original switch ignitio connceted , In addition to the switch and instrument cluster of the Carrado . the conversion was carried out 10 years ago - even before they knew how to break the anti-theft mechanism ( immobilizer ) It was all right - until I decided that I wanted to Organize the wires and now it would not start the engine - or the ECU at all . PLUG G1/7 from the fuse box connects to the pin number 3 ECM . it had to give voltage over ther - but nothing gets there - . What could be the problem ?
