Passenger side hose insert? I was pretty sure there were two, at the back of the TB, one above each other?

can't bring to mind which one goes to the ECU though.

which fuse? all 4 of them? and which relay?

it isnt the switch, if i take the switch out, the lights stay on...

ah, well now the lights are on permanently... so i suppose its the switch, i'll have it out tonight.

faulty headlight switch... have you seen it happen before? my headlight switch has been sticky recently

I gave all the electrics a wiggle but I cant replicate it stationary, and it's definitely them getting more power.

I did have the uprated bulbs, but the output was terrible. Impossible to use at night, like driving with sidelights.

My hids have been flashing/strobing under heavy breaking or acceleration it doesn't look like its tripping onto the high beam it just looks like they are getting brighter, not a small amount either, probably doubly as bright what could be causing this? I need to fix it as it looks aggressive enough when I overtake without the light display! Haha

I noticed this on mine turns out that the rubber window trim that sits against the bottom of the window to prevent water coming in was sitting proud, just pushed it in and the whistling stopped.

Removed and cleaned the G60 intercooler. two things I noticed were that,

'A' the bolts that hold on the front bumper are screwed in by he-man

'B' the G60 intercooler is really ****y.

I paid £300 (including transfer fees) about 2 months ago for G6 OJW.

so not really all that much

For G60 very interested in a lysholm but would also take a stage 4 or higher G60

This one is from GSF and it doesnt mention that it doesnt incluse the resistor. will this be a more reliable purchase. (sorry for thread hijack)

well, there was talk of retapping, and using heli-coils, but considering i baught a 'fully working charger' and it wasn't I thought it would be best to return it. however im now getting greif from the seller, hah.

When i get my money back, i'll purchase another and see if the boost changes.

you twist the motor out, not pull, I have also just done this, but i think the thermo fuse blew for a reason because my motor is sticking and squeeling now. so have to get an entire unit.

i have a non return valve on the ISV but It only goes up to .9bar on redline, and if im honest it does feel low on power ad my mates polo gt (1.3 8v) sticks with it until i beat it in the higer revs, which upsets me. I did purchase a g-lader from ebay but the oil lines were shredded so i couldn't test it out. still looking for another to try!

Well its running a 68mm pulley and the boost return delete, the other side of the charger is connected to the rocker cover?

Its never had any headwork done so i'm a bit annoyed its running so low/slow, the car was dynoed at 160 at the fly before i got it, and that was on the 68mm pulley before the porting, but its never felt any faster after that.

Bother, I am only getting .5bar which is 7.25psi and right before the limiter im getting .9 bar which is 13psi

this is on a recently refurbed charger at stage4 had the system leak checked to find nothing, this is really bothering me now!

yeah key only, there was a fob at some point but the alarm has been 'removed' at some point also.
