http://www.rimstyle.com/products/detail/?category=alloy_wheels;type=beyern_mesh_4_ss;manufacturer=beyern;model=12820;id=BEMES-SS-ID12820-D17-W70l70-P4100-E27l27 Anyone know where i can get something looking damn similar to these on 16's then..... (and agree with u all... 16's best compromise)
-
That looks lovely for the money!!
-
Damn.. taken me 2 weeks of searching to find a wheel i like... back the drawing board.... or go 17's and deal with the crashy ride.
-
Seen the wheels i want.. shame they dont come in 16's which was my preferred option. 17 would fill the arch better, but having come from an integra type r which ran on 15's and having run it on 17's, the drive was so much more precise i found on the 15's.

Jesus christ Renshaw... that pic... think that might just have cost me a fortune!!! Love it! yep CM ....wife is under that impression too. Told her ill do one thing a month...wont tell her about stuff she cant see mind! Main question at the mo is... 17's and slightly lowered, or 15's slammed and explain to wife and son that it always made that noise...

Paid £2200 for it... bit pricey, but low mileage FSH and all past MOT's pretty much sugest its been cared for. Gonna spend a few quid on it though - suspension, stereo and wheels need updating. Stereo and Wheels are the ones that came with the car - liked how original it was!
-
Well..finally got one!! 54k from new 2.0 16v pretty damn clean! Few niggles need sorting though. Accelerator cable needs changing as really tight Window surroung on drivers side has a 'ding' in it. And er.. thats it!! Christened it Charlie... cos its white and addictive!

Heya all, Well i have finally got my corrado... and loving it! Must be good as my dad actually smiled when he saw i had bought a new car.... and even commented 'that looks clean ... i like it'. Just a few niggles to sort out as i think its running a bit lumpy, and also needs a new accelerator cable. So trying to find a specialist or trusted garage to have a look at it. Want to get it running properly before i start changing things!

got AA cover the day after i bought the car... i know what im like ....
-
Cheers guys!! Im really looking forward to getting my hands dirty on this car - so prepare for a stream of 'well i just broke me ...' posts!!
-
What the hell are parcel straps.. and why do i feel the urge to buy some as well??? Def need a new rear badge though.. want a nice new shiny one.
-
Bizarrely i have a friend who works for kent cams... wonder if i get a special deal of him? Though wife is going to kill me... this was supposed to be a case of me buying a car to save money!!
-
Been ringing about trying to get insurance.... tried the Chris Knott folks, and sky insurance .... and neither of them could match kwik fit! Works out at £346 a yes, CK wanted £380 and sky wanted £450! Also got £42 back through quidco as well - happy boy!! Def worth giving them a shout!
-
oooh so loom and new bulbs? sounds like a good upgrade.
-
What does the uprated wiring loom do??
-
Well nearly there... getting my 16v on saturday. Question is - are there any 'musts' or top tips for the car?? Never bought a car this old before... and really looking forward to the car, and having it a while. Read a bit about cack headlights... so that might be the first upgrade im thinking... new bulbs?
-
Great price... but i think im looking more for the BBS type wheel... or the Azev A style wheels. Spent most of this morning looking at diff wheels!
-
4 stud .... its for a 2.0 16v Sizewise... erm... not sure... 15's are original and prob have the best handling, 17's look better, 16's prob the best compromise. (In truth i know so very little about this car - rare for me to have bought a car without months of research!! So VERY much playing catchup on that now)
-
Picking up my first corrado this weekend and the wheels on it are bobby-basic, so needs changing QUICK. Thought i would see what u guys have lying about in your garages....
-
