Exactly!!! I get 60 in second in my vr, which is very handy in some instances, But the 6 speed is stil an option, thanks 20vee_t!

I am sure its been asked before, but... Does anybody know if the passat dash is identical to the corrado one? it looks the same and would make sense for vw to have just made one part, but is it? I want to put a blak interior into my car, and there are more scrap passats than corrados. Thanks

i wouldnt mind the shafts being a bit pricey, but 60 in second is what you have to have! :lol: I have a vr6 golf and that hits 145 with a 5 speed........allegedly officer!

its prob been asked before!! But, how big a job is the fitting, i have spoken to two people about it! One says its a bit of a pain in the ass, the other says its easy enough! Whats the common opinion?

Does the cut out plate recess make a bit difference, i have thought about this for when the fmic goes in! i looks cool too!!

The VR is great!! Only prob is that my VR is a golf! But you can have fun with them, best race i ever had was with a looper in a subaru! He tried to get ahead of me driving like a mad man! As for motorway dices, the old mk4 gti and mk2 16v asre the best craic! R32's are not that quick at all!!!

Thanks Guys, i am trying to work out if i can use pistons that are 84.5 in a kr 16v block (1.8, not the 2L long block) @Henny, what sort of power are you putting out?
