Red Lamp Ingredients: Take one set of normal rear lights take one can of red light spray available from the motorfactors clean the lens with thinners then apply the spray to the lens! Basicly i was trying to get a set of these for ages, but couldnt You have to make them If you use a green indicator bulb it will flash orange too! Sorry for the bad news!
-
Yeah, i heard they went, anyone know any different?

Well the Leda one looks fantastic, just a little too much at the moment. I hvae Koni's in my Golf VR6 and find them great, and i know the fk use a koni insert I am waiting on some prices on H&R, cant find anyone who does sachs ones. As for the poly bushes, i think its gona be powerflex or bonrath, where did you get the bonrath ones from? Then Elbrach ARB's! I want a car that does the twisty stuff, and is track usable! We have all had "moments" with dodgy suspension setups! Know what i mean!
-
Will have to try and get there, i have found some good prices at the moment!
-
All meant to be fairly equal, was it a matching pair you got? They for a corrado? Strange
-
A little more than i had planned to spend, but they seem fairly excellent! Can always hope for a lottery win! :|
-
I had thought about the bonrath and powerflex poly bushes. I wont be using the car as a daily driver, but will be driving it enthusiasticly! I do want reasonably solid, no movements like i have at the moment! With the coilovers, who has what?
-
NOw i could be wrong, but i dont think that i am! And if i am someone will tell me! They are 19's right?
-
Damn nice car! That was in pvw a few years ago. It had porsche wheels then Black Leather interior, guy called sacha owned it! I will dig out the articl It was nice then, but its just excellent now!

I need coilovers and poly bushes for my 92 g60 Just wondering on the recomendations people have or them and suppliers I have Koni coilovers in my golf vr6 and they are great, but a bit on the expencive side I know the fk konisport is the same damper in an fk spring and they are supposed to be very good too. Just really wondering on who got a good deal from where? Also with poly bushes for the car, where is good for them Thanks

Prob the best option Henny, the car is going o get totally stripped anyway! Just trying to figure out is there a difference in the layout of the pipes? I was looking at the etka and it doesnt seem to have any difference in pipe types! Thanks
-
Sorry to bring this up again but..... Do you need all the metal pipes or just the pipes from pump to servo unit? I have found a car with abs being broken, maybe 2 of them, but wna t ot give the guy a list of what i need. Also anyone got any idea of what it should cost? cheers

congrats Darren!

Looking good! That second picture makes my project corrado look almost road legal
-
Makes snese! The stripdown begins tomorrow!
-
Cool, thanks guys! Henny what head studs did you use? I found that pic in the pages on your car
-
Thanks Henny, i heard about the different head bolts alright. Anyone else got crank info?
-
Are there any differences between the PG crank and the 1H ones? Also are the rods the same? I got a 1H engine to use as a base because i know the cooling was are better in it. Thanks
-
I am doing this at the moment and have just acquired a 1H block  Very cheap! they do come up! You can go 2.0, but that means using a longer stroke crank as henny said. The 9a block is that one, the 2.0 16v corrados and the passat 2.0 16v's use that. With this you need a new set of pistons! The yahoo gruop is very helpful for info on this, they seem to go 2.0 in the US and Canada a lot. With the rallye or g60 block you can go to 1.9, so the question is do you really need the extra 100cc? Depending on your setup the difference will be neglegable, just my ramblings! Good luck with it!

Anyone know the part number if its an oem part
-
So basicly to fit abs you need to have acces toa car being scrapped! Is there a pickup on the driveshaft?
-
So what did you do to your C over the bank holiday??
rmn replied to 24V Renshaw's topic in General Car Chat
All i did was put some miles up on my one! About 600 over the weekend! -
Its prob been asked before, but..... Who is running powerflex bushes? Whats the impression of them? After driving my Golf VR6 yesterday i realised that the corrado needs all its bushes done! Thanks
-
No i have 2 '92s that dont have it, only became standard in the middle or end of 1992 It was an option before that
-
I know the Corrado ABS system isnt the best, but i was wondering whats needed to retro fit it to a '92 G60? I knwo you need the brain and loom. Are the sensors in the hubs? I was also told that the drive shafts were different? Has anyone done this? or has anyone got the kit for sale? Thanks
