I'm with Herts Insurance got the g60 fully comp for £420.00 mind you that's on limited mileage and im 30 yrs old with full ncb still pretty good though :)

Tell me about it or rather my mate who had all the glass on his focus smashed so they could get locking wheel nut which was in the boot and then took off with his new alloys only been on the car a week :mad: :(

Del vr6 ! I have both a golf mk4 which is a gt -tdi and a corrado g60 so what are you saying about me :?: when i see a corrado on the road i don.t floor the golf, im to busy looking at the c and given it repesct. from your rant about mk4 golfs i take it one has upset you :cry: At the end of the day the golf is a good car i use my every day and is great but its not a corrado. The corrado is in a class of its own and i love it :wink:

I looked at 8 before i brought mine ! as soon as i saw it i knew it was the one for me. :wink: Travelled about 100 miles well worth it.

I would of thought with that much torque at 2800rpm would make it quicker in the real world of every day driving than the vr.

Looking at vw's brochure for the R32 says 0-62 in 6.6 and top speed of 153 mph and maximum torque of 236 Ibs.ft at 2800rpm. Just wondering but hows the torque compare to the vr :?:

148bhp for the non turbo up to 1989, 197 for the turbo which was introduced in 89, so really it could have been either!

The later turbo's kick out 237bhp and are rapid i know this cause my mate had one. :twisted:

Yeah have to agree with that i like them alot ! often thought about buying one but i would'nt sell my corrado for one :wink: But i'd sell my mk4 golf for one :) Yeah henny 110 TDI is quick thats what my golf is getting it chipped soon to around 140 loads of lovely torque :D

Nice g60 has it been lowered? it don't look like standard ride height if so how much? very clen engine aswell sweet!!!

I read PVW have done for years they have some good group thrashs, some times buy the golf. Aslo read Volkwagen Driver which is more based on standard vws but is very intresting to read :)
