I have read this not post by post but most of, I'm not interested in changing cogs etc or any in theory calculations just want a reasonably cheap straight forward swap. I'm not an expert please remember this! So my 4 gear is very uncooperative and sometimes my gearbox will hang me out to dry in neutral! Anyway i'm after a simple reason to the advantages and disadvantage if any to fitting a Mk3 gearbox, I know there are multipul choices. I.e CTN box have more acceleration less top speed Compared to a ASD box or just that they are a stronger gearbox. Thanks in advance Scott

Well I recently had my entire engine loom out apart re-rooted and re wrapped and this didn't help the headlights one bit so next step is the up rated loom just waiting on price back then I'll update after fitted! :D upload pictures online

This has more than likely already been posted but I cant find anything soooo...... Is there quick fix for the main beam stalk dropping off when you click it ? E.g if you pull and hold it back the main beam is good but once you let go the main beam drops off a bit because of the stalk ...... Thanks in advance Scott

So my idle valve has packed in so I ripped if off and plan on leaving it out. has anyone found a bung just to block it of from the inlet manifold ? at the moment I have a small bit of pipe if a wooden dowel in it..... :( Thanks in advance Scott
