hi lads im doing my home work before i attempt to fit a boost gauge for the first time i have the idiots guide in front off me but would like some experienced help plz before i f%$* it up :scratch:

sprayed mine with one off those little air brush,s and laqured them after but i got rid off the writing with sum razor blade and wet n dry action paints i found in a model shop (air fix type) the coloured laquer i used turned out rather smart it cost me £40 in total and four hours work

hi all i cant see it happening straight away the goverment will loose to much ££££ but i can see stricter mot standards for modded cars and yes it will cost more money untill they finacially choke us till we have to stop over time (jokers) :cuckoo: just like serving soliders pay freeze for 3 years while the prices off every think goes up -

yes m8 at to so i could bring the wheel out 5 mill to stop the inside off the tyer rubbing the inside arch on full lock so i had to roll the arch to give me the 5 mill on the outer side :cheers:

alright lads im running 215/35/18 with 5 mil spacer and they are fine but i do agree the standard brakes look pants which im looking to change soon [ATTACH=CONFIG]69293[/ATTACH]

hi all had my raddo just over a year now when i first got it the exhaust was shot there was more rust and holes than exhaust :shrug: i had a hunt round to find what was the best complete system there is so many out there( SPOILT FOR CHOICE) so i went along to Edge perfomance in aldershot and spoke to steve and i explained i wanted some think differant IE exhaust note and some think that does not drown out my charger noise i have a one off exhaust system with a 1980s style audi motor sport tail pipe the complete system cost me £300 thats stainless steel and fitted PROPERLY -

i know a **** hot weilder in aldershot tig ang mig good rates charged me a crate off coke for sum stainles steel pipe work to be weilded thats as close as i can get sorry -
thats 2 g60 :g60: in aldershot mine and a guy thats a kwick fit fitter its blue he his running a bhan brenner charger it looks in very good nick seems a nice chap he as owned it a month its gonna be intresting in aldershot 2 g60 +police +noisy chargers = police they have had me already :shrug:

hi guys just looking threw this thread im in the right place to ask about converting my 92 g60 with porsche boxter calipers that i have aqiured :thumbleft: i have never done this before not sure where to start or what parts i reqiure for example disk size ect im am trying to acheive the big brake look can any one throw some light on this for me plz

the cone is a jabba sport filter that was supplied when charger was upgraded so no probs will keep you posted on performance once i have built and fitted it thanks for your advice owen

need some advice on the fabrication of a air box for my g60 the idea arrived from TVR they mount there air intake in a alloy box in front off the the front wheels im looking at relocating the charger cone in a weather proof box in front off drivers side wheel to feed colder air to my charger can any one fore see any problems before i commence with cutting and weilding. THANKS GUYS

hi new to the forum had the same problem but wanted to keep my raddo as original as possible on looking deeper the problem is the spring in the wiper arm gets weak i replaced the spring and they work fine now [ATTACH=CONFIG]69243[/ATTACH]

hi ya my names richie i had the same problem with my g60 (like to run hot) the solution i came up with was a 1.8 civic rad with a suburu fan and sum tinkering as i got front mount intercooler but my oil temps and water temps have dropped a lot and my g60 runs cool and likes it hope i helped suburu fan cost me £30 and his slim
