Ok so its not exactly engine bay, but its close, so I hope am posting in the right forum. I have a fuel leak around the fuel filter area at the back of the car, but the hoses also look perished and I want to replace them while am doing the filter. Has anyone any experience of this, the metal fittings connecting the larger rubber hoses to the thinner plastic hoses look badly aged, how do these come off?, and is there oem replacements about or just standard fuel hose? Any help or advice welcome. Regards Dave

Thanks guys, just checked with the local main dealer and they have said the oem pipes are obsolete, so will have to look elsewhere, vw heritage maybe.

Hi folks I have a 94 vr6 corrado that am slowly bringing back to life. I was moving it about the other day and got all the signs of a massive fuel leak, (strong smell and puddles on the flags!) The car has been off the road for the past five years and since I know very little of the history of the car, I want to replace all the fuel lines from the tank up to the rail, since if one line is beginning to leak its likely the rest will follow. I am a fan of oem, but i am a bigger fan of replacing oem with better if available and tried, tested and general accepted to be such. Can i get the groups thoughts and opinions on this, happy to spend the money doing a job like this right and doing it once, also engine fires are expensive. Thank you in advance. Regards Dave

Is there a post about what parts you can use including parts numbers? would be interested in this myself, but the few i have read seems to bring the total to arounf £500 in parts alone, unless you are intending to turbo charge this seems alot for not a lot of benefit. Hi Folks, Porsche d90's for sale £260 O.N.O, 5x130 6" wide on the front 8" wide on the rear Wheels are in good condition, and are only being sold as I have a new set, and have changed direction a bit on my project. Front tyres are perfect, rear tyres would probably need replaced. Also I have include a couple of pics on how they look on certain cars, please note those two pics are for example only and not actual pictures of the wheels themselves. I am based in belfast northern ireland, and can deliver within reason in northern Ireland, or help with arrangements for couriering. Wheels are advertised elsewhere. Hi have a set of 16" porsche d90's for sale, £260 ono, based in belfast They are 5x130, staggered 6" front 8" rear. Front tyres are perfect, rear tyres are down to limit. Lovely classic rim. can deliver local to Belfast, or help arrange a pick up for a courier.

I have a late wing and late slam panel in silver, am based in Belfast if you want to price a courier it shouldn't be that much.

Ok so again don't know if this is the best place to post this, but I have a guy looking to do a complete Corrado dash conversion, and he's asked me for a price for all the parts. Now I know selling in bulk is better than trying to sell everything individually, and price is subjective, but even going on the lowest ebay prices some bits seeming to command a premium. Don't want to screw the guy over, but some of the prices i've seen for the heater controls and steering column seem high, so if you were selling all the parts for a mk2 guy to do a dash conversion, what would your figure be?here is an idea of what he needs Dash Heather controls Glove box Switches, head light etc.. Centre console under trays steering column indicator stalks mfa stalk heater box left ducting right ducting vents Rear seat bracket Brackets and fittings, steering column wiring We both want a good deal so any guide line would be great Regards Dave

This cars has been advertised for ages in various northern irish car sites. Also am pretty sure it has been traded from another dealer before who couldn't shift it. I have a deep love of corrado's and all things Volkswagen, but some dealers think they are made of gold dust!

Not sure robrado, thought it was blackberry, which was the colour i wanted, but this looks darker than some other ones i've seen, will have to hunt for the paint code and see, and was wondering what that writing on the tunnel was for. will have to investigative.
