it doesnt make the noise when im parked up with the ignition on. iv just gone outside and jumped up and down on the back of the car to get it going up and down, no noises! the only time it makes the noise is going over one of the types of speedbump where it makes the whole car vibrate (basically not the small bumps but the small ridges over a couple of metres). i hope you understand this. oh yeah, it once did it when i almost stalled the car on a flat surface. any clearer?????

thanks for the advice gavin. the reason i am asking these questions is because i dont want to fork out another £150 for the one unit, for it to not make a bit of difference to the noise, or for it to go again in the near future. where did you get hold of your c&r kit? how much was it? what sort of kit is it?

just my luck! i went over a speed bump today with the windows open (usually they are closed) when i heard something rattle under the car, i then closed my windows and went over the bump again to find i can still hear the noise from inside the car. could this be the exhaust, how do i check it?

i have avo coilovers. i replacd the front drivers side damper about 6 weeks ago because it was leaking and started to make a banging noise. anyway, in the last couple of days i have heard the same knocking noise coming again, it doesnt happen on flat smooth roads. i havent had a chance to see if it is leaking yet. do you think that it is the damper gone again or am i missing something? everything seems to be wrong with my car at the moment.

i am having a bit of bother with my fuel level gauge. when i completely fill the tank the level needle points to full. after using about half the tank the needle is on the empty mark. i have to use how many miles i have done as an indicator to fill up! any ideas? sometimes it will wok though!?!?!?!?

hi i have a fully adjustable set of avo coilovers and they are crap! the last owner fitted them, they are very hard and i have allread gone through 2 units on the drivers front side because they leaked. i am now also thinking of going for normal springs and dampers

please dont go for the avo's. i have them and it HURTS when i go over bumps. also i have already had to go a new offside shock as it died. go for the konis

my corrados door handles are colour coded with the paintwork. the laquer over the paint is starting to peel off. does anyone know how to stop this? can i get 'effect' handles like carbon fibre from anywhere. any ideas?

i got oz cronos 18 inch, my c is lowered 45mm on avo coilovers, its got 5mm spacers at the mo. the wheels are quite far in the arches, i might get bigger spacers and see if that stops the rubbin!
