You are supposed to show the Facebook page as you go in, i can send a screen grab/print of this for anyone not on Facebook, just pass me your e mail. Normal entry is £5. There is overflow parking too but being Corrado we hope you will all join the Corrado display. Hi All An update on this. There is now a plan From Andy in our marketing department To mark the 30th Anniversary of the Volkswagen Corrado we’re putting on a special display at the Heritage Take Over, at Brands Hatch on the 16th June. We’re looking for as many cars as possible to make up this line up – hopefully we can get 30, 1 for each year since the first one was made! Please post below, and pop the 16th June in your diary!! Hi All We have been asked a few times now about supplying these as the shipping and import for a single person to get a set to the UK is absolutely crazy from what people say. I am currently looking into whether its viable for us to do it. What i want to know if what people would be willing to pay for a set if they were easily available with no shipping/import costs involved. I dont want to put the time into setting these up etc if no one is willing to purchase them.

Hi All Ive been speaking to Andy in marketing on this again as i would really like to make sure something happens. We have a couple of ideas First idea is to have a special section at our Brands Hatch event for Corrados and try and get as many as possible in it, then do a mini shoot and write up that way Second idea is to find a venue to go to for a photoshoot, somewhere nice, a stately house or something and either try to get one of each colour, or just as many cars as possible to shoot together. I think Andy is currently looking at whether we can do this at brands hatch and leaning towards that. He has an idea to get at least 30 Corrados on one stand there for a display

Hi We can always ask the question to classic parts. I am not sure we would, the issue for us and Corrado parts currently is the fact we have to manufacture such a large Minimum order quantity when manufacturing to make the tooling costs worth it. With Corrado obviously the market is alot smaller than mk2 Golf for doing this. If we do a smaller batch it puts the end cost up to cover our costs and then people moan we are really expensive. Its hard to find a balance for it.

Ive just chased up marketing on this for their plans. Im still hoping they will do it. I reckon we should just get all your Corrados together, the more the better!

Hi All Here at VW Heritage we are looking to do something to celebrate 30 years of the Corrado. It will possibly be a little photoshoot with one or a few cars depending on interest and a story regarding them. We would be looking for people with lovely Corrados to get involved. I have no other details yet as we have not organised anything as of yet. If you would be interested then please post in here. A photoshoot ideally would be in the Kent, Sussex, Hampshire area as its not too far from us here,

70mm front spoilers are about to go on order. We are ordering 10 in the irst batch to see how they go. Problem with the CF wings and other bits is that there is no margin for us in it, we have to make a certain margin on parts to cover cost of getting it here, staff to put away, building costs etc and its just not there in alot of these parts.

Hi I am still in fights over the minimum order quantity at the moment. They want us to order alot, we want to order less. The smoked colour they want again us to order a high quantity which i dont think we would ever sell that many so at the moment it will just be clear versions. We will get there with them i am hoping this week we will make an agreement. once thats done they are usually about 8-12 weeks to manufacture and arrive. I will keep it updated here.
