  1. That would be great James, Could you PM me a price? Cheers, Ian
  2. Does anyone have a spare throttle body to MAF hose/tube for sale? I can't find mine but need one to help decide if i'm going to use a mk4 or mk5 airbox.
  3. Is the 022 906 032 DP ecu also from the mk5 or the mk4? Does it run any different without the errors?
  4. 3 of Kev's will point slightly up and 3 will point slightly down. I think they would be OK on yours. Do you use the Club GTI forum? A guy called Justin (Mushy16v) might have some, I sold him my mk5 loom.
  5. James, I got the manifolds the other day. Thanks very much!!!
  6. Is there one for the non FSI? I imagine it would be very similar apart from the fueling.
  7. Thats excellent!! Thanks for posting. I'll print that off and have a good read but after having a quick butchers at it I like how it sort of put a face to the names of all the engine parts, G28's etc...
  8. I've heard of it an a 1.8t and the guy slit the rubber to allow pressure to get out.
  9. I'm OK for them now Kev, James has sorted me a pair. Cheers to you both for the offers.
  10. Gret news, i'm glad your both up and running!!! James, am I right thinking you have the mk5 engine loom and ecu but mk4 loom into the car? Also did you get my pm about the manifolds?
  11. That sounds great. I'll PM you my address, thanks very much.
  12. Does anyone have a a pair of mk5 manifolds I could buy (or ideally borrow)?
  13. I also got no fuel untill I removed the FPR and then it (eventually) came through.
  14. Heres a couple of pics of my Mk5 downpipes which I've cut before they join back together:, they flare out where the pieces join so they are easy to take apart and hopefully easy to put back together
  15. I'm using a mk4 rail with the FPR built in, the clip is like the ones for the coolant temp sensor, just a wire U shaped piece of metal to hold it down.
