Actually i live in pottstown right on high street. right across from the exxon station down near k-mart. I don't spend much time cruisen it cause it gets beat after awhile cause i live here and all but let me know when you go down and i'll cruise around. The little get together every wednesday night is at the Giant parking lot in Trooper. Lots of muscle cars adn HKAutodesign cars. Dunno if you know that club(all rice burners) I heard about the KoP show after the fact it happened.

i'm interested but i'm in USA would i still be able to get in??

Hey Buddha nice to see some Vw pride in the area. Was wondering if you would be willing to take a trip or two during the summer and come down this way with you car to a local show every wednesday night. I'm like one of the only Vw that shows most the times and it would be great to see another C down around here seeing as there are so few. My area is completely over takin by rice burners and what not. On top of that you should come down to High st. in Pottstown on a friday night. I usuaaly cruise up to see my friends and to give the hondas a hard time. :D

I saw an AWD setup for sale on e-bay but at the time didn't have any money for it. now that i have some loot i'm looking to do a mod like that. Anyone know were i can get this peice or if the audi quatro peice will work??

G60Caios- yes it is a factory 16v and yeah over year they are not hard to find although they are heard to find in godd condition and not modified. I happen to buy it off the orginal owner who didn't know much about it so he had no mods done to it. It has the orginal red paint job but no zender pacage, but ijust got a zender wing and in the process of getting a zender kit for the rest. I'm working on converting it to euro. i have the head lights and grill, zender wing and a euro gauge cluster. thats bout it so far. also just got a scirocco 16v engine to put in my corrado cause i blew the engine. Lots of fun and time here. :shock:

The reason i wanted to do it is cause the 1.8 block out of the corrado is killer nothin can beat it. The 2.0 blocks don't hold up for shit i've been through 2 of them both cracked. Then theres the head. I wanted the 16v head setup for more power. in my eyes its the ultimate power plant. Add a turbo and it's the type of car you run from the cops in.

Have a 88' Scirocco 16v and the Corrado. Love them both. You have to love the old school Rocco.

rebuilding orginal engine for racing only for buddy.

had a regular 8v 1.8 g6o engine in it and am looking at a 16v rocco engine.

Also is there a way to hook up the g-charger to the 16v engine??

I was wondering if anyone knew what is involved with wiring a 16v engine into a Corrado. what, if anything, do i have to change or add?? i need to know before i decide to buy this engine. Thanx.

Thanks Jmims16v it's nice to see so many corrado lovers i have one of the only corrados in my area and half the people around here don't know what it is.

I noticed alot guys are from europe. I was wondering if the Head of a 1.8 corrado is any differents and how i would go about getting one. I'm in the process of rebuilding my engine(bad rod bearings) and looking to do something different with the engine. Thanx.
