It has spacers at the back to help with cooling and to clear the chargecooler (didnt want to cut my bonnet like you have to with a Shrek)

Althought it doesnt realy need any help with the cooling it runs at 90º

The spacers are a touch on the big side but I just picked a number out of my head when I had them made at work and I cant be bothered taking them off and cutting them down.

I was shocked because I thought you'd done a Mk4 conversion on the back of your C! Shows how much attention I pay eh?

You have just proved with your pictorial excellance that the C is the Muts :) where by the Golf factory code name number should have included coding 98273989"K9P" :(

There is NO contest LONG LIVE C.

Oh and by the way BLACK? Top colour. have it any day. Did you do all the work yourself?

i think with styling that radical your gonna get quite a few negative comments... personally i dont think it looks right but if your happy then its all that matters.

cant argue with the engine though

The Corrado is standard LC3U (dark burgandy metalic with a red pearlecent fleck)

And the Golf is Moonlight Blue

jedi-knight83, I like the eyebrow, but I will give you the single wiper, it is going to be sorted to look more like the golfs wen I get round to it, it is a bit mad max these days hey I was young wen I got it, one of the first mods I did.

As for the bonnet vents, they are much better than the GSi ones I had fitted but I still havent made my mind up about them.

storm classic, I missed out one of your questions, yes most of it is my own work the first time round but had a little bump and a bodyshop re did a few bits.

I'm afraid I'm not too keen on the exterior styling of the C, but I'm loving the blingness of your engine bay! 8) I want mine to look that polished. Out of curiosity, i've noticed you've got a battery cover, what are the benefits?

kangarooboy, the battery cover came as standard, keeps it nice and warm.

BTW all the blingness of the engine is for sale!

What the hell is that on the rear lights?

Looks like a lot of work but doesnt float my boat. Golfs not to shabby though.

what do those James Bond style switches do near the gear stick?

Oooh ooh ejector seats?? Now that would be cool. Although entirely pointless.

I would guess they're for a nos system?

There are 5 switches there in total, 2 smaller ones for alcohol injection and chargecooler, the 2 aircraft switches are for ignition and N2O ( not fitted yet) and a push button start.

And before anyone says you need the key to turn off the stearing lock and the transponder to turn off the imobalisor so you couldnt just smash a window and start it up! :)

There are also two discreet switches for the front and back reg plates
