I have a problem...

Your car is strapped onto two big wheels (front wheels sit between them) and the car is basically given a full throttle burst in 3rd or 4th up to the redline. The information during the run is recorded and can show you the torque and horsepower of your car, and shows you a graph showing where the BHP and torque dipped or did other unusual things.

Useful to help you diagnose any flat spots or other such things which might a result of your car running badly.

Its also a good morning out to go and watch, and chat to the other C owners and people off this forum :)

I think the Cooper S is a good car and handles beautifully. A friend of mine has one, and although it doesn't feel fast, it is. They do have to be worked quite hard though, and the torque is pretty pants too- you have to keep dropping it a gear if your gonna keep up with anything quick

I agree with the lack of low down torque. You do have to rev them to get the the power out of them. We playing with methods of getting the Torque up on ours at the moment. In saying that, they are deceptivly fast from inside, it feels lathargic, but when you look at the speedo you really making headway. 70 odd mph at reline in 2nd gear.
