Hesitating

My 18.16v hesitates slightly 2/3,000 rev range specifically in third and forth.

I've just change the plugs/distributor and leads which certainly improved it but its still there.

 

Any ideas?

you did change the rotor arm didnt you?

 

also check the connections on the coil.
