billinjah 0 Posted August 29, 2005 that horn push is cool but you wont be able to see it when you ut the millenium cover on it.

Riley 0 Posted August 31, 2005  ok the jbl's turned up today so i threw em in at dinner time, really impressed with the quality, they are really heavy 8) the 6x4's needed a bit of modding to fit but ended up looking factory 8) the fronts that dropped straight into the dash - 4" 50w rms - 150w peak with x overs: the 6x4's - 50w rms - 150w peak: do these need amping really? they sound alright like... and heres another random pic:
mrbeige 0 Posted September 1, 2005 I would say no need to amp them, unless you are fitting a sub, then stick an amp up the arse of the fronts only! :) Not going to E38 now :( My Uncle died at the weekend :(
Riley 0 Posted September 1, 2005 I would say no need to amp them, unless you are fitting a sub, then stick an amp up the arse of the fronts only! :) Not going to E38 now :( My Uncle died at the weekend :( thanks mr b,ive got 2x sony 400w subs in the shelf,600 or 800 amp running em. and im sorry to hear about your uncle,my condolences to you and your family. :( neil. Riley 0 Posted September 3, 2005 got the charger and wotnot back :D psd full blend with 68mm pulley and rsr outlet: and all fitted :D it fired up straight away! ran a bit rough though,im guessing its probably all the grease from the charger going in the inlet? pic of everything fitted back:
Riley 0 Posted September 3, 2005 its back on the road now [:D] cant take it above 4k rpm for 3-500 miles to run it in. feels like it pulls well though, just not sure on the solid front mount... anyway, what ya think about the sunstrip? yay or nay? [:$] and the dewipered rear? better engine bay shot [:D]
Riley 0 Posted September 5, 2005 whats it worth people? it has running fault, its backfiring in the inlet manifold but still drives. please take the time to read through the topic and give an honest opinion. thanks, neil.
billinjah 0 Posted September 5, 2005 riley just take it to darren if you cant afford it just sell something he WILL be able to sort it but dont loose heart and if you have at least sell it running right as it will seriously affect its value!
Riley 0 Posted September 5, 2005 sorry im probably being a bit hasty asking what its worth, and i realise it wont be worth as much with the problem. but im just tired of having to sell bits and bats/use credit card/borrow money to try to get it mint, and it keeps kicking me in the balls. i really dont think its worth the stress, debt and hassle. i need to have a break from it and have a think,me and the girlfriend are struggling to afford our new house and we have a first child on the way. i need to concentrate on the above and forget about 'a piece of metal' neil.
