Riley 0 Posted August 5, 2005 cheers m8,appreciate the comments. 8) seems like you understand my dilema  maybe the yellow fogs could make a comeback? nah i just cant decide on the badge though! oh aye,id just refitted the wiper blade because it slid off a little  neil. veeDuB_Rado 0 Posted August 5, 2005 that front end is fapping gorgeous!!!
mrbeige 0 Posted August 5, 2005 Don't fit the badge! Much better without it IMO. I tried my badge back on the front of mine when I fitted an FK badgeless grill, and it spoilt the whole sleek look! only my 2p's worth of course.....8)
Riley 0 Posted August 5, 2005 thanks :D i am leaning towards not having the badge i think, its just that i like it when people say 'whats g60 mean m8?' neil.

Cnut 0 Posted August 5, 2005 Looks great mate! Still undecided on whether it looks better with or without the badge though :? Does the FK grill have attachments for where the grill badge goes like on the original grill or do you have to find another way of attaching the badge on? Riley 0 Posted August 17, 2005 well with the charger being sent off to pitstop developments (see here for stripped charger pics) i thought i may as well port/polish the other half of the throttle body that i never got round to doing before. ps:im going for full blend/rsr charger outlet/68mm pulley/new oil feed pipe/sns chip. this pic shows the standard throttle body(red) and the other half i port/polished last time: i sat the other half on and marked around where they met: and here it is after a little work with the dremmel and a file, needs a bit more yet,red shows the curve ive got: blue shows where ive started to knife edge the two ports: nearly finished, just need to find my autosol :? black marker pen to show the shape i got on it: had to mark and cut the new gasket: and fitted to the other half which i previously worked on,venturi end/material removed and polished and port matched: i cant wait to get the charger back with the other bits gonna change the rocker cover gasket too in the meantime. :) i removed the ecu and took out the superchip ready for the sns :D mmmmm, crappy rocker cover and alternater... more as and when it happens, neil. :)

Riley 0 Posted August 24, 2005 thanks mr b 8) do you mind if i ask how much you paid for the borbet a's? and what size tyres you run etc...? im after some, but they seem better priced when new :? neil.
mrbeige 0 Posted August 24, 2005 I bought them off Daz, for £350 inc part worm tyres I'm running 205/40 R16's Avon ZZR's on the rear (new) and Khumo Elastica(?) on the front The Khumo's used to catch a lot, and I knackered one of them, but the Avon's seem to be ok, more of a round profile rather than a square one if you know what I mean. You going to E38?
Riley 0 Posted August 24, 2005 cheers for the info, bloody hell £350 wasnt bad especially with tyres and the flat center caps??? e38's a bit too far for me really :( neil.

mrbeige 0 Posted August 24, 2005 E38 is in Northampton, about 2 1/2hours from Blackburn. Come down on the Saturday and stick your car on the Corrado Forum stand! My C is just dropped on Koni T/A's and H/R springs...about 35mm, but have got the T/A's on full hardness! The front could come down more, though! I can meet you at Corley services on the M6 just south of B'ham on Saturday morning, and we can go in a mini convoy if you like.
