Fitted my new adaptors and wheels. Fit perfectly which is a big relief. Modified my A-pillar trims so they flare out to meet the dash. Well pleased with the results. Still loads to do before ED38. :(

fitted new rear numberplate as the old one finally bugged me enough to spend £17 at Halfords for a new one...

tested Lambda sensor and reset up the tick over and timing.... runs a LOT smoother now and seems even faster...

Today my brake caliper paint and Corrado T-shirts that i bought off ebay arrived - so i put them both to good use by painting the calipers and getting my two younger brothers to lend a hand whilst all three of us wore Corrado t-shirts! [Done as a joke but in the end they both wanted to keep the ones they had on!]

So a day of taking off each wheel and replacing and whlist the wheels were off the car it was a chance to do a spot of 'i wonder what this car would look like with 17" alloys' to both the old mk2 golf i have parked on the drive and also the the valver - here are the pics - enjoy!

Replaced a wheel bearing. Got annoyed with the knocking from the suspension at the front. Parked it up, left it.
