Uprated headwiring loom keeps blowing #1 fuse? ideas?

Fitted an uprated headlight loom, all connections seem to be right when at standstill works, dipped and full. But move off and bang fuse blows in #1 slot, though full beam still works? ne one seen this?

Sounds like you might have a bare wire thats shorting on the body or something when your on the move, if the wires are loose then tie clip them up
