Replacement front wings and sills

Hi all,

It is possible in the not too distant future that I will need two replacement front wings and sills. Any ideas on where to source them from or how much they are likely to be?

Can someone explain how you'd go about fitting a new sill ? It seems to be the whole sill is continuous and the metal runs on into the rear wheel arch and on.. ?

the silles are just outer ones, the inner sill, the floor side is the real structural part, still not a nice talk to undertake at all
