coullstar 0 Posted May 15, 2005 Lovely. Thats the ex-premier car is it not. Twas in the Golf mag as well. I saw your old car down the beach front yesterday, looked good. I thought you were going for a Clio 182? Aberdeen really is the Corrado capital of Scotland. I miss mine already and its only been 2 weeks.

Tempest 0 Posted May 15, 2005 Very nice :-) Aberdeen really is the Corrado capital of Scotland. Must be, as that's where I picked up my US-G60 from, similar procedure: Flight up to Aberdeen, flight back to Cov. again, this time at a slightly lower altitude :-) Tempest

Slimbo 0 Posted May 16, 2005 Slim, I only managed to use a tank and a quarter coming up the road!! How did u use 3 tanks??? I had to go to Canterbury to get mine and there was only just over a quarter of a tank when I left, so filled up at the first service station, that got me as far as Birmingham as I was stuck i ntraffic for the Dartford Tunnel for ages, that got me as far as Carlisle, then I filled it up at Dundee, so worked out at just over 3 tanks over 10 and a half hours which was not bad going. I only get about 200 miles out of a full tank :(
