billinjah 0 Posted June 3, 2005 im talking about the plastic clips that hold the sill trim on they push into0the floor and also hold the carpet in place. i ordered some new from vag, but when they came they are a different type they are too small for the hole in the floor is there another piece that clips into the floor? the part number is correct and tallies with ekta i assume they have changed the design at some point but i cant see how they are going to fit. They should come with separate inserts that plug into the sill panel, than the plastic cover clips push into the inserts. I might have the numbers somewhere, but the dealer should know this. The numbers you want are: "Sill Clip" 191853615A - these fit on to the plastic cover strip and then push into the "Grommet" 191853586D - these push into the holes in the sill panel.
