bbs rs' and brembos

anyone know if 16" bbs rs splitties will fit over 305 mm brembos im sure i saw a car at the pod with this set up but not sure.

If you have the Porsche 5x130 pcd ones with adapters then you can, the 4x100 ones don't even clear G60 calipers without a bit of grinding and 3mm spacers......

I have boxster S brembos. the 17" RS301's wouldn't fit over them. but the 8"x17" porsche fitment 17"s do.

porsche ones are meant to fit over 4 pot brembos in the first place, hence why they usually fit.

yeah, but the brackets (carriers) and calipers etc can all e of differet sizes and offsets etc.

 

eg. when porkas wore 16" RS's, the brakes might not have been that big.

 

Seat brembos have trouble fitting under most wheels.

 

hence the questioning i guess

The offset of the porsche fitment RS' with 20mm adapters leave alot of room for big brakes.

Spoke to someone who had done it with 16's
