Lippy 0 Posted August 3, 2005 I want to see what an anthracite colour would look like on my rims. They need refurbishing, and I am thinking that a darker grey colour would suit the Ice Grey Twilight Pearl Effect colour on my C. Anyone got any pictures on a Corrdao that I could photoshop onto my car later on? Does anyone think this would look crap? Is it a bit Scooby? Cheers Lippy ** Post edited to include picture **
Son of a Beesting 0 Posted August 3, 2005 I got a pearl grey Corrado and I keep giving anthracite colour wheels a second glance.... Think JBOB has got dark colour alloys on his motor but his colour is a blue I think so probably not much help

dr_mat 0 Posted August 3, 2005 Vince has a Golf with some five spoke wheels with black spokes and silver rims .. Looks smart, ish. I think I like the idea of some dark grey, non-shiny finish myself actually ..
Kevin Bacon 5 Posted August 3, 2005 Ice Grey Twilight Pearl Effect Twilight?? It's Ice grey Violet, K4U. Take it from someone that's tried it, it doesn't work. Grey and grey is dodgy ground....and Ice Grey can be very grey in some lights when dirty. I tried my speedlines in an anthracite colour and they looked awful. Stick with silver imo...or a light colour.
