shawshankkid 1 Posted August 19, 2005 Popped in to the dealers this morning to pick up a new knock sensor,the outer sleeving is damaged on my old one.......I said how much to pop this in for me pal.....cos my torque wrench as gone awol.........he went to have a word with the mechanic then said £40 quid pal hour job......wasn't in the best mood so i said "get f***ed ya soft c**t" which dint go down well and said c ya not too soon i hope. h100vw 0 Posted August 20, 2005 Yeah, I'll do it. Gonna be a 24 hour job though. :mrgreen: Taking the torque wrench is no problem. Just swap the sensor Mr shawshankkid and nip it up just over finger tight. Then we can torque at e38 on the sunday. Longest part of the job would be opening the bonnet.
