trev-b 0 Posted December 9, 2005 i've just swapped my early grey shell for a late black one and the only bit thats left to do is the air vent surround at the passenger side. I can't find a stubby driver small enough to fit inside, am looking for a small socket set with screw bits. What did you guys do?
Furkz 0 Posted December 9, 2005 small stubby screwdriver  although the side airvents come built into the dash, well did on mine only used a few sockets and 1 long screwdriver and a small stubby one

trev-b 0 Posted December 9, 2005 dinkus, Thats the one! Any idea where i can buy one of these? I'm guessing it'll need to be part of a halfrauds diy special.
dinkus 10 Posted December 9, 2005 Spanner with a screwdriver bit adapater in it ;) good luck Worked for me, but then I have got bent spanners ;) Edit: I've got a set of the bendy, ratched Professional spanners from Halfords which comes with the adapters for sockets and screwdriver bits. Then I've got a Halfords multi-bit screwdriver set. Quite an expensive outlay for just 1 screw tho! :(
Furkz 0 Posted December 9, 2005 mines stiff not bendy like yours
Supercharged 2 Posted December 9, 2005 For £40 those Halfords ratchet spanners are one of the most useful tools you can buy!
