you can get both mechanical (capillery action) and electronic oil pressure gauges. the vdo one is electronic

nope.. can get both.. my warning greddy boost gauge is electronic.

Ordering my dials tomorrow and need a bit of help with this question. There 2 different Oil Pressure Guages available:-

 

0-5 bar &

0-10 bar

 

Which should i order as i've know idea what the oil pressure is on a VR6??

no, hopefully i should have the guages and metalwork done next week. This is a mod for the G60 owners to copy if i can make it work. I'm mounting the air/fuel LEDS in the instrument cluster so they'll be in the field of view.

 

Oil Pressure anyone??

Standard is 3 BAR under pressure IIRC, not sure about a turbo'd one though.
