We have snow here.... like, half a dozen of the tiniest flakes you've ever seen every half hour or so..... and people in the office are getting excited by that?!!

A 'Snowfall' in my book must be at least a foot thick and over a 50 mile radius!

Yes, too right, as I have spent 4 years of my childhood in the States and Canada, with overnight temperatures as low as -20°C, now that's what I call cold

Snow starts in November and stays till March, well at least where I lived. Inbetween we had crystal clear skies and sunshine, not the mild and rainy/drizzly EU-stuff

Overnight? It was -25°C during the day in January when I was in Toronto!

Edit: and that wasn't including wind chill :?

Couple of inches today but nearly all gone by this evening.

Still 1mm would have been enough as i'm still on my R888's.

Nightmare

Must have been fortunate then, as I lived in St Catherines, just around the corner from Toronno (notice the pronunciation  and yes, I used to talk like that, too, when I came back to Germany ) but then again, the summers more then made up for the harsh winters :-)
